Yummy! Magic Bites! Very friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. I definitely recommend vegetable rot and grilled eggplant with cheese.

Going out for fun with the little ones and friends is the place to be. The courses are like a video screen which makes it a lot of fun for the little ones. Had a great afternoon together.

Tasty dishes, especially the desserts. It is a pity that it is mainly conveyor belt work. Food regularly does not heat well and small changes are not possible. For that money I prefer somewhere a good piece of meat and a more hospitable service.

Merlijn, top restaurant in Oosterhout. One of the best tapas restaurants in the Netherlands (together with 't Zusje we think). The advantage here is that you can still enjoy bowling in advance, we are happy to do this. Location is great and in a nice street in Oosterhout! Card changes regularly (every season) so reason enough to come by more often

Nice fantasy themed surroundings. We had our dinner in the garden. The staff was helpful and most of the food was delicious. I would definately recommend to try the chicken teriyaki and the bruschetta. The pork tenderloin was dry and seemed overcooked and the cheeseplatter only contained two big pieces of regular old cheese, which isn't really what you'd expect from a cheese platter. All of the desserts were super yummy. Overall a nice experience. Would recommend to others :)

1.5 bowls had to pay gwn for 2 hours while they said no problem gwn can be paid per half hour

Great food served by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Passing on an allergy is not always perfect.

Eating out with eight. After 45 minutes the first bite then immediately the second list filled in with the waiting times. But it was immediately followed by four dishes. Then they forget the fries and then again for 15 minutes nothing, then quickly you get half the list and 15 minutes the rest again and the other person had nothing. A gaos no rhythm in the food and frozen ice etc.

Food is not very fantastic. Meat was very dry. the price of 34 p / p is definitely not worth it for the very small amounts you get. for me it is really not worth repeating.

We heard so many positive stories so we thought we could have a nice dinner here. But we were wrong. It just wasn't all that. But a number of dishes were tasty, it was generally fairly poor. The layout of the plates was poor, (only a warm tomato was added everywhere) and the service could be better. I asked for an adjustment but that was not possible because the dishes are made well in advance, the waitress said, and I just wanted to omit the pieces of loose mango with the ice cream and even for that they were too bad. And because it was too busy we were not allowed to split the voucher in two. Send each other a bit, she said. What a laugh. This place is really overrated. Never again

We had the early bird but were only allowed to order until 7.10 pm because the next guests arrived again at half past seven. The table next to us also had the early bird but then until 8 o'clock for the same price . Service was short and we did not feel welcome. The table was completely emptied at 7.25 pm without looking at us or talking to us. He just did not say that we had to go crazy, but it felt that way. We reported this at the checkout and at the reception, they said they would make a report and that we would hear something more because they had our details. But heard nothing from them. Never again Merlin

We had a nice bow hour and the food afterwards was super tasty. Very nice that you can order all small dishes and the service is friendly.

Good food. Always nice and fun to try anything with the magic bites! Some dishes may be removed from the fridge a little earlier. The seats may sometimes use a lot of soapy water and the cobwebs may also be removed.

Bowling is fun but pricey and often lane problems. The playing time is not a full hour either. Furthermore, you can eat well!

Good service, beautiful decoration and magic bites concept is fantastic!

Unfortunately, the bistro Merlijn is going backwards. We have certainly eaten there between 10 and 20 times. But the last time was really not good. Waited very long on the first lap (at least half an hour) after waiting for another 20 minutes. Staff kicks on the floor fallen spoon just in a corner. Food was also less, meat was dry and desserts not great. While this has always been top-notch. Getting a good name is an art but keeping that good name is very important and perhaps the most difficult. That is why Merlijn will also have to keep things tight in good times. Because of 15 good experiences and 1 bad, the step to go back is still smaller. And then you lose loyal customers.

Nice atmosphere and good bowling alley. Only tables and the like can sometimes be a bit cleaner.
