Scandalous company.
Very moderate helpfulness from customer service and the finance department. Rental costs were accidentally debited twice in 1 month, which is a considerable amount. When asked if Bouwinvest would like to return the 2nd payment that was accidentally transferred, it was said that this will be counted for the following month without any compensation.
no problems over the phone. However, administration is clearly not in order. Haven't rented from Bouwinvest for over a year and a half, suddenly received money that was intended for someone else, then no communication to me about this.
Worthless how this company deals with residents of its real estate. When Bouwinvest's apartment filled with sewage (with thousands of euros in damage and while I hadn't lived there for 2 weeks !!) Bouwinvest took no responsibility whatsoever. Very sad!!
