Lovely hotel and great attentive service would definitely stay again.
Lovely hotel and great attentive service would definitely stay again.
WELL KEPT AND TIDY PIER. FOOD AND DRINK AVAILABLE AT END. CHARGE FOR ENTRY ONTO PIER. ALSO ZIP WIRE RIDE GOOD.
Nice place, shame it costs money to go on it from May-September though.
Post lockdown system seems to work ok but pretty quiet. Come on people where are you?
It's very typical of an English pier. It's clean and tidy. There is the usual penny arcade at the land end and a small restaurant/cafe at the far end.
Bournemouth Pier is a great place to visit. It's not the longest pier but it hs plenty of seating, shelter, a bar at each end, rock climbing centre, zip wire and many other facilities. During the tourist season there are charges to enter the pier during the day. The facilities at the prom end of the pier are always free to use.
I'm going over to see here in Bournemouth Boscocmbec pier Russell cotes Gallery & museum the Green House the club's atcmeyrick park by Victoria bird Boscombe I have of my of myfyles
Super place ... nice views great beach good food ...
Lovely pier, Great afternoon tea In Key West. The winter sun was chilly with a bracing wind off the sea, but still highly recommend a visit.
In here, I have a great time with my friends and also could bbq on the beach after 5 or 6 pm
Ok for a stroll but there is nothing going on besides a few toddler rides and a rather pricey zip wire to the shore. Or if you want a drink. Other than that it's pretty rubbish.
I felt Bournemouth town a bit run down but had a lovely walk along the promenade. The sandy beach was perfectly looked after and the park well tendered.
Clean and tidy. Nice walk.scenic.lots to do and eat when not in covid.
Very nice place with excellent view. The beach was clean and many others seemed to enjoy the spot.
Not much on the Pier but great views of Bournemouth
It was very long great with surfers super nice view
Good variety of different activities. Great view obviously!
Have given two stars, because the last 3 times I've been to the pier fishing have been charged the full amount when only one side of the pier is open for fishing, also after around 730,it seems to become a free for all people fishing in areas where they shouldn't, in the day time the areas are patrols, however no one seems to appear whilst this senario is going on, born and bread in this town some 50 years plus, I've never seen such disregard for this beautiful area, if you don't want the hassle then maybe should have a system where after 8, only permit holders can fish, before there is a serious problem, caused by not listening
Good place as end of walk through gardens for coffee etc and lots going on if you just like to people watch!
Excellent views of Bournemouth bay, and you can sit in the onboard cafe, again with great views.
Nice pier on the sleeve, beautiful panorama at sunset.
I grew up here, it has changed a lot, mostly in a good way. As you can imagine, this place gets really busy during events i.e. fireworks night, wheels festival and the airshow.
The pier started a urning for more, when they put up the historical photos along the pier along the boardwalk, they should be expanded it further inland, so that people can always be reminded of how it once looked before the local council's allowed people to build monstrosity after monstrosity.
It's not free !! Ridiculous! They have the same bridge in Brighton and it's free!
It's enough to have to pay everywhere!
Nice well kept pier, felt like a bit of a captive audience once on it. Not much to do if you don't want to do the zip wire, except have an overpriced drink in the cafe at the end.
Goes some way out to sea and then stops. Would have been handy if they'd carried on a bit further. Hence one star deducted.
Perfect for enjoying a moment of liberation and at the most of the sea. To visit!
A special place to spend the vacation, one of the finest times I spent when I was studying in this beautiful city, I would go back someday.
In the day I was there there was nice day and we hade lost of fun
Relaxed and relaxed
Good place to chill out.
Lovely place, had a meal on the pier, lovely suprise and excellent coffee.
Heaving. No social distancing enforcement whatsoever. Stayed long enough to walk down to the beach and back to the car park.
Dirty. The BIC carpark stank of urine. Wasnt impressed. Couldn't wait to leave
VERY BUSY. Nice place but alot of junk on the beach, have to weave through drunk men and try not to step on bottle caps, but the location is lovely
Beatiful view, super place. No table service, narrow doors, wide trace you have to carry yourself if you want coffee...
They charge 1.30 for entry, contrast to Brighton pier or Southend which is free
Rock Reef is fantastic. Cafe over looks equipment and offers a view from above or ground level!
Wet but very bracing. Perfect after a night on the Guinness.
Not much of a pier as you have to pay to get on it.
Fantastic views of the sea. Great bar/restaurant at the end of the pier. Good food at reasonable prices given the location. Dogs welcome at tables inside and out.
Had lunch on pier, food was good portions very large.
