A great shopping experience but don t try to get your shopping trolley into the parking lot of the coffee shop! An absolute nightmare today. The coffee shop is well laid out, light and airy but the refreshment area is a lot
smaller than the old one. Be prepared to hunt for your trolley and then negotiate its exit!
Today I used one of the disabled ladies changing rooms within the shoe department. I am sure that with more consultation it could have been better laid out.
Another observation which I have noticed during the many times I have shopped here is that the changing rooms in the M&S Outlet are always dusty and the floors need a good clean.
These observations should not deter anyone shopping at BM; there are always bargains to be had but you have to be tenacious because of its enormity.

Always plenty of products at good prices. Good choice of stores such as M&S, handbags, clothing, bedding, chocolate etc

Choice of cafes and fish and chips shop on site too. Lots of free parking always available any day of the week and lots of offers on in store so well worth visiting for a look round and a brew if you have the time

Deals and discounts abound. The range of things to buy is fantastic. Some may not be as amazing as presented: many are compared to RRP, and there are a lot of end-of-line and (very good) seconds. Arrive early, or later in the afternoon, and More

A must visit Outlet Store located at the end of the M65 Motorway. Suggest a morning visit as the store is very popular. Most fashion brands seem to use Boundary Mill to sell off suplus stock, and so there is something for most. Excellent cafe/restaurant and clean modern toilets. We'll definitely return.

Not too busy for a Bank Holiday Monday. Plenty of car parking spaces in front of the store. Great value food in the cafe upstairs although you have the choice of a few different eateries. Huge amount of choice within the store especially clothes with new makes being added all the time. I was happy to find Weird Fish and Joules. Hours go by as you mooch through the rails and shelves. M&S outlet too where I nearly always pick up bargain leggings.

I went in to buy a wedding suit and after walking around aimlessly for a bit, a staff member called Barry offered to help. And help he did! He certainly knew his stuff, was very patient and attentive and basically chose my wedding outfit. I went in with one vague idea and came out with something else that looks amazing. Really pleased and what a brilliant help Barry was. Thanks and I hope this gets back to him :)

Once again a very disappointing shopping experience. Thought I would find a range of petite clothing where I could buy myself a really good classic winter coat, a couple of smart skirts and ditch the jeans and trousers. How wrong i was. There was coats, Jaeger and similar but not one in petite. There was a least two I would have bought. But once again I went home empty handed. When will manufacturer's realise there are a lot of small older people who would like to dress smart, warm and stylish but are not catered for at all.

Visited with a mummy friend, we had two prams. Getting around most of the store was easy enough. Items and sections are well laid out. Good variety of items at lower than high st cost. For parents though there's nowhere near enough parent and child spaces. We counted X4. There's lots of places in the cafe to sit with kids but I couldn't find any options food wise for little people.
