False advertising of a specialist warehouse clearance event for selected members yet all customers were accessing it and the pricing was ridiculous

They sell lots, check it out they'll probably have what you want, if not there's a place to eat

Excellent choice in all departments and reasonable prices in most of them except for leather jackets & coats which are very overpriced (much cheaper brand-new on E-Bay). Friendly & helpful staff. Like a sauna in Summer.....the heating is apparently on "full blast" all year.

Love the new layout, it is very clean and tidy. The restaurant downstairs is very clean and good food.

Very organised and safe to shop. It wasn't crowded and they've reorganised the store which didn't seem as cluttered as past experiences. Grabbed some bargains too!!

Ever improving shopping experience unlike the moronic behaviours of the customers in the car park.

To be honest this place is probably good for clothes shopping if you're over 65. It's big, clean and well staffed but more could be done to attract a younger demographic.

Purchase here often. Am on their mailing list for promotions on clothing branded lines, still quite expensive but usually exceptional quality. When I visit. I have a meal in one of their excellent restaurants

Their business model is obviously geared towards the regular sales with some excellent bargain to be had across the store however generally rather expensive outside those times.

Had to return a waterproof jacket with which I'd had just under a month, returned with no quarrels from staff, very nice ladies.

Nice to come late afternoon Tuesday. Quiet, no queues, polite and friendly staff and a good meal at the restaurant to end with. A great shopping experience.

It was very good and I got everything I came for. There is a lot of variety.

Over an hour's drive from Leeds,but worth the trouble. The place is huge and offers a massive amount of choice.

Love this place. Lots of great brands at very good prices. You need to root a bit and don't try and browse everything or you'll be there all day! There's sections for clothing, homeware, shoes, accessories, gifts, luggage etc and separate concessions tor M&S and Next.

Good parking but clothing aisles are little narrow in places....not enough changing rooms for men, only 2 available today 3.3.19

Lots of concessions from cookware to clothing and a good place to go for a bargain if they have what you want; otherwise there are better bargains online and in other outlets. Best avoided at bank holidays and weekends as the queues are long to get in and it's a real crush inside. After 6pm is a good time to go as it's quiet. It can also be good to go outside sale times as stock can be low. Sign up for a discount card in store and you'll get an extra 10% off during sales.

Larger than large shop could spend the day there very good for parking get some great bargains and right next to dannys fish and chips brilliant

Very busy place, some things are not cheap. Yankee candles are cheaper in other stores.

It's a place to go if you know what your looking for there are some great offers and some things that are very expensive but over all a nice place to visit

Products not as good as expected, cafe has poor selection for children. Ample free parking

A well arranged store with great cafe and restaurant facilities. Many top brands at sale prices when I went. Parking was excellent with plenty of room.
The staff were enthusiastic but not too intrusive. While there was a little work going on and some rearranging in progress there was little to no disruption to shoppers.

Different missed cotton traders not being there. New layout was confusing.

As always at any boundary mill there's always a great selection of items and sizes and very helpful and friendly staff should you require their assistance. Cafeteria and restaurants on site so you can be there for best part of a day and have all bases covered.

Easy to get too. Easy parking. Massive selection of items.Three cafe/restraunts on site. ATM available. New clearance hall. Dropped a star because it can sometimes get uncomfortably crowded.

Good range of clothes ECT. Lots of staff around but doing nothing except being rude to the customers.
