Amazing Customer Service, lost my phone and just within less than 2 hours it had been found and returned. Also has amazing deals and just everything you can look for ; got my favourite shoes there and I will definitely come back for more deals.

A good visit! We only came back to return some shorts then spent a fortune! But a good afternoon having got a light weight coat and a pair of jeans and some clothing for work!
This outlet has previously merited four stars...now it deserves a modest two stars. Yes, this store has always been a hit or a miss...taste is very individual however, in particular, the variety of ladies clothing has fallen away quite dramatically. As an aside it should be said that the Covid precautions taken within the restaurants are exemplary.
A department store with something for everyone - clothes, shoes, kitchen ware, bathroom ware, bedding etc etc. Nice cafe and a revamped restaurant but my favourite is the superb fish restaurant.
Good run out for us takes an hour , just something to do but good selection for looking round sales, stuff still expensive regardless of the advertising
Nice to be back with a coach excursion only 8 passengers but were welcomed by a greeter, staff really helpful definitely a good stop for 2 1/2 hour's c u again

Very positive shopping experience, lots of choice, good range of prices to suit most people's pockets, places to get some refreshments, good toilet facilities, accessible for disabled people.
Service at tills today was interminably slow.
Staff would not take items out of shopping basket or the actual basket from me at the till yet handled each item to bill them.
Told me to take the empty basket back to front of store...not ideal once i had the bags with said items to carry too.
Asked if i had my boundary card with offers on i presented the phone app. Unfortunately with dire internet connection in the store it would not load correctly. Staff member just shrugged and said o well i put it as email.....sorry it wasnt an issue in the M&S store. The staff in there were more helpful.

Only visit to take a relative shopping. There is a wide variety of products from clothing to household products and crafts. There are cafes too. Personally I find it a difficult shopping experience as there are is so much in the clothing department it appears congested and unorganised.

Great customer service!!.the young lady at the till, patiently took me through the boundary mill app and helped me to download it and register me on line. Which saved me another 10 percent of my today's perchase... therefore it was a good day at the Boundary mill outlet in Colbe. Awesome!!

The staff are all very friendly but after 2 hours I wasn't able to find what I needed. The sale was on so the queue for the checkouts ended up being right out the door at one point. A real shame because the place has some lovely stuff and a lot of potential.
Has all the ranges. The high quality stuff is great and at low prices, highly recommended. We spent over 450 pounds there on Denby, clothes and some kitchen sets.

We went here for a family meal it was passable... but the staff, especially the one who seemed to be in charge, made us feel like we had to hurry up, eat, and get out, as they were in a rush to go home, things like cleaning up around us and asking us to order desert with the mains so the kitchen could start closing down, all of which I can understand, but this place isn't cheap...I know it's not boundary mills sole purpose but we find it convenient as we have two disabled people in our party, the facility shouldn't be there if thy don't want families to come and have a 3 course meal especially round the Christmas period.

Popped in to look at shoes. Carnt believe i couldn't find any to fit properly. I'm a size 6 and i tried a few pairs on they were all too big. Size 5 were too small. Gave up and went for coffee but didn't have one because the queue was too big and only one girl on t till and one making . But its a lovely place to go shopping. But not for me.
Visited store today to choose a slate cheese board and cheese knife or knives to give as a Christmas present. We were assisted in our choice by a lovely lady called Jill. She was very helpful indeed. Patient when we wanted to check in the boxes to make sure we chose the best one and showing us all the available knives. Thank you Jill.

Pretty much what I'd expect from an 'outlet' type set up. BUT I was specifically looking for porcelain for a friend in France and noted that the the prices for seconds were less than generous and, more relevantly, for me that the store's Wi-Fi had all the efficacy of a chocolate fireguard so I was unable to communicate with my French friend. Any potential sales were lost and my journey from Manchester was wasted.
Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, got what we needed and reasonably cheap.
Only given 3 stars as it was very hot inside and having to ware a mask it made it bad also the BBS cafe was bad sandwich was very cold no toast after 11,30 that means you can not have a hot meal sorry use to be a great place to have something to eat

It was nicely refurbished. It doesn't look like a discount store and the fact that all the older shoppers clothing isn't at the front of the shop is mich better. We went into Bannister's restaurant. The look of the place is upmarket,grey linen seating, marble tables and china crockery. The napkins did let it down a little super cheap paper (felt a bit crinkly) the food was decent, however not as hot as I'd like it to be when it arrived. Toast is always difficult as it cools quickly when travelling. We had breakfast and if was good quality and value.
As we spent quite a lot of time here we also visited the BB's cafe. The selection was good but I thought the pre packed sandwiches looked a bit naff for the price. They would be much nicer as a plated sandwich and small salad bowl covered with cling, even just a plated sandwich and upgrade to a salad bowl and crisps deal. It would have been much more appealing to go alongside the cut cakes on show.
The shop has a good variety of brands available, I particularly like the cook shop.
Parking is ample but does fill up quickly. The loos were lovely and clean.
There are other restaurants within the facility a pizza place and benny's english kitchen slightly off site but in the same vicinity.
