Service at tills today was interminably slow.
Service at tills today was interminably slow.
Staff would not take items out of shopping basket or the actual basket from me at the till yet handled each item to bill them.
Told me to take the empty basket back to front of store...not ideal once i had the bags with said items to carry too.
Asked if i had my boundary card with offers on i presented the phone app. Unfortunately with dire internet connection in the store it would not load correctly. Staff member just shrugged and said o well i put it as email.....sorry it wasnt an issue in the M&S store. The staff in there were more helpful.
Boundary has gone down since renovated.
