I wouldn't recommend anybody to book a party here....

I wouldn't recommend anybody to book a party here. Our party was only half awesome. Being in the party room was completely boring and there were some specific requests I made at booking time that were never communicated with our party hosts. Click pics add on was a joke. There were hardly any pictures of our birthday guests of honor and hardly any done in the party room. I'm glad we snapped some of our own pictures because there was some memories that we would have never gotten pictures of. Also I added on balloon bouquets and that was another joke. They were just balloons that were blown up WITHOUT helium and put on sticks in a little vase just to end up being taken off of the tables to make more room. The money we spent definitely wasn't worth it. And I've contacted bounce u about our disappointments and I still haven't heard a word from them. From some of the bad reviews on yelp it looks as if the owner is defensive in every response. Doesn't seem like very good business practices to me.
