The place is really cool, however the workers are not on top of things. We attended a birthday party and when we initially walked in they had us check in. They told us our party was in one room, gave my child a wristband, and then realized the room was not correct.

We proceeded to the room that was correct. My child ran to start playing. Shortly after I looked up and realized a random person was headed to the door carrying my child. I was horrified. As I ran closer to the person I began realizing it was an employee. I grabbed my child as She told me the wristband indicated he was suppose to be in a different room and she was taking him there.

They mentioned they told a few people the incorrect room. Yet my child was the only one being carried out due to an incorrect wristband. Due to a mistake they made and were making.

Point is if I had not seen her my son would've been missing when the lights came on, I would've been clueless as to where he disappeared to, and would have went crazy. Really who knows what she would've done with my child. Maybe that is extreme but these days, you never know.

Again the place is cool but I'll never step foot there again. The employees are not on top of things and take it as a joke. There are other places in the valley that are cool and more organized.

Couldn't pay me to change my mind.
