While closed on a Sunday afternoon, it s a great place for a COVID-19 date meet up on a warm spring day. The benches out front are adequately spaced apart, yet the area is quiet so you don t have to yell at each other. Would date here again!

I love this library. They have kind staff, plenty of places to charge your phone, cozy fresh air, social events, kids section with a fish tank, a playground with running fresh water, a cafe, scenic views of Boulder creek, not to mention a stadium, garden, and public restroom. The Boulder public library is a model of community values.

I really enjoyed this public library and what it has to offer. I'm new to the area and needed a place to work and the library offered everything I needed and more. It's true that paying for parking and only being able to park for 3 hrs is a hassle but ypu can park for free on 9th Street if you find a spot. Only a few feet from the library. In the library you will find a cafe with very friendly employees serving great coffee and food. You have the views of the mountains and the river that actually runs under the library and off course all the books you will ever need to read.

Nice library, even with covid, it has both some sanitized browsing areas for videos and new books, including mysteries, Sci fi/fantasy, fiction and nonfiction, and recommended books. Many programs are also online, including tech help, help using library resources, conversations in English, story time and teen programs. And you can pick up your holds.
Good way to keep the library operating.

The Covid-19 restrictions are discouraging. Pre-pandemic, I relied on our libraries, where I could study all day. Currently, time is restricted to one hour, which isn't workable. It's long overdue for our leasers and community to restore normalcy and get back to life. The library can't make these decisions. It's up to Government to get life back to normal.
