We had a great experience with Lovelight. We had some blinds installed when building our house and wanted to add on some Neotec (see through) blinds post-build, and Charlotte made it extremely easy to organise! The blinds look beautiful, she gave us advice on how to match them to our blockout blinds, and installation was quick and easy. So happy with our experience and also very reasonably priced!

Lovelight were selected by the developer of our new apartment in Newcastle to provide blinds and curtains prior to settlement, this was their main selling point and the reason we chose them. The blinds were not installed until 3 weeks after settlement and that only happened with us continually chasing them as communication from the sales person and broader organisation was very poor. Many reviews seem positive and this did encourage us when deciding, most are in Victoria where they are based. It seems they were either out of their depth with a large development or hadn't adequately planned how they would manage in a location away from their base. Blinds seem fine so far and the installers were quite good, cleaned up etc. They may be good for a one off purchase for an individual residence, if you are part of a larger project it would be best to look elsewhere from our experience.

I wish I could give 0 stars or maybe negative. I settled my new home in December last year but still waiting for the blinds. These people are so unprofessional that they can't even take the measurements correctly. The amount for the shutters was paid in advance, so why would they care, right?. Money they charge you is almost twice then the market. I wish I could get my money back. And the arrogance is such that they will never contact you from their end. You just keep trying your luck.
I hope this post helps anyone who still haven't decided yet.

Really professional outfit. They installed both roller blinds and shutters in our house and we are totally happy with the look and high quality of the materials. Dealing with Isabelle was a breeze, she was always on top of things and kept me informed at all stages (including the enforced delay with shipping the shutters from the closed ports due to the Coronavirus). Top notch service, highly recommended.

Really happy with our blinds and curtains. Good experience overall with customer service, excellent product and despite the current pandemic - things arrived fairly on time.

We have the Hunter Douglas Blackout blinds in Midnight Smudge (inside)/ White (outside) and Zepel Allusion SIlver curtains.
