I had the Crab Eggs Benedict... wow! Absolutely over the top. Food was great your staff was friendly and attentive. I loved your bred and butter. I don t know what the jam was but it was awesome.

The only reason why I m not doing a full 5 stars is because your Crab Bennie, as good as it was... it was not as good as the fried chicken eggs Bennie at honey and salt.

I thought that it needed a little more zest in the Hollandaise sauce. That s all. You guys are great keep up the great work.

Wow, Bouchon was incredible! My wife, daughters and I enjoyed brunch on a recent Vegas trip, and it was the best upscale brunch within my memory. Service was great, menu choices were plentiful and varied, coffee and mimosa s perfect. I had the ham and cheese sandwich, which was awesome! The truffle fries were loved by all at the table. All my family loved their meals as well. If in Vegas and in need of brunch, you can t beat Bouchon!!!

The place was clean and distanced, the food was amazing looking and tasting.

I got the soup of the day which was butter nut squash soup and it was so creamy with these little crunchy bits in it to add texture

My mother got the chicken and waffles! The mushroom gravy was the best thing I ve ever tasted, the waffle was crisp and had a nice crunch. The chicken was well seasoned and cooked perfectly

Thankfully this opened back up before visiting Las Vegas for Labor Day holiday. My first time visiting and I wasn t disappointed other than the French onion soup wasn t available on the menu Service was impeccable, restaurant was beautiful, and most importantly the food was delicious. I will definitely be back! If you are unable to eat at the restaurant be sure to get some of his delicious pastries at the Bouchon Bakery located in the Venetian as well.

This place was absolutely amazing. Great service, great atmosphere and great food. I can't say enough good things about this place. They're also very gluten free friendly. May have actually been the best coffee I've ever had also. With checking out for sure.

Great place for brunch. Service is excellent. We had four different kinds of oysters, all were very fresh. Escargot was cooked perfectly. The muscles entre is too large for one person, definitely shareable. They did not have pate, too bad.

I have never been disappointed with the quality of food at Bouchon, no matter what day of the week. I have eaten just about everything on the menu plus many specials. The service has always been outstanding.

Had dinner here and I was not that impressed with the food. I didn't realize that the Bouchon in Vegas/Yountville and Bouchon in Santa Barbara are not affiliated. I really enjoyed Bouchon in Santa Barbara so that's why I had Bouchon in Vegas bookmarked for a while now.

Service was ok. Our server didn't crack a smile but he was very professional.

My order (steak) was cooked good but a bit chewy. I substituted the fries with Haricots Verts however they did not get my order right so I had a mountain of fries and my vegetables. The haricots verts were delicious and I wish I had more.

This elevated Ham & Cheese sandwich tasted good and it too had a mountain of fries.

Overall, I think the price for both dishes is costly.

This is a favorite restaurant of mine. Food is excellent, service on point, but today at brunch, i was seated too close to other tables and the place was packed. Barely 6' apart...too close for comfort under the circumstances of the high rise of COVID-19.
