Mike kelly was in charge of the Mahwah cell tower project. He never notified orange/ Rockland electric or the telecommunications company there was wetlands involved with the project. The utilities company unlawfully cut down trees and disturbed wetlands on my personal property with out NJ DEP approval- violating NJ wetlands permit #21. (This was mikes fault) Mike kept stating they did not require permitting for what they were doing and was beyond disrespectful to me when I demanded to cease work and vacate my property due to lack of proper permitting. This was a bad representation of Boswell engineering and their employees.
They do not pay their vendors and then hang up on you when you try to collect money for services rendered. I would stay far away from them so your property does not get a lien from their vendors.
