Pretty easy to navigate through. Awesome janitors....
Pretty easy to navigate through. Awesome janitors. The bathrooms are SPOTLESS.

This airport was easy to get around from return rental car area shuttle, through security, and to our gate. The United Club was perfectly placed for the stop over while our plane was delayed.
Smells bad, dirty everything, piss poor but Boston attitude. I will purposely avoid for rest of my life.
Have flown into Logan many times. You can get in and out of Logan very quickly and that is why I like it.
Social distancing was in full effect this morning. Great job Southwest airlines at BOS.
The curb to gate time is some of the quickest that I've experienced
They now have Clear to speed through security. FYI Delta bag drop line is extra long as passengers have not all figured out you can pay for bag check during online check in or at the self check kiosks...
I'm traveling from JFK to Portland Oregon and got routed through here. I have several hours layover so I find a spot to sleep for a while. I get woke up by an officer that was polite but tells us that the area is secure and I have to go outside of security. Makes no sense to me I have already been through security so why do I have to go outside and wait until things open so I can go back through? Rather dumb!
This airport feels like it was designed by a toddler. The customs and immigration is so long and uneedingly complicated. The security is handled so poorly. My LEAST favorite airport of all time!
Airport is a confusing mess. I've if my least favorite airports to get in and out of.
Great, only I wish I had been able to eat at legal seafood. Next time.
International airport and fast service including TSA lines.
Terminal B is really dated with very limited options. If you end up waiting for your flight there's absolutely nothing to do. Waiting area past security checkpoint it's a square box with a drinking fountain
Flew in on 4th of July as a connecting flight. I was scared being my first time here, but the staff was really friendly! TSA was quick and efficient even with all the crowds of travelers. Lots of food options and fun shops. I liked seeing the different history exhibits they have throughout the terminals. Restrooms were very clean and everything was properly labeled. Again BIG airport but bery easy to navigate. Hope to go back and get OUT INTO BOSTON NEXT TIME.
Great service of TSA: directing me to terminal E, instead of pointing out the departure screens I asked for. Nearly missed my flight due to the #$$%&@!
A good airport, clean bathrooms and good restaurant availability.
Airport kind of small but every thing is well organized. Airport employees working tirelessly to keep airport clean too! That's one good thing I observed
Good for plane spotting but they closed the pre-security food court in terminal C. Rip orange chicken place 2016-2020
Mediocre with little things to do so end up with drinking at legal sea food.
International and Inter State Airport of City of Bostom.
A quality airport indeed.clean and staff are really friendly and helpful
Okay. So first, we drove down from upstate NY. Got up at 1am for a 7am flight. We hit traffic INSIDE the airport. Took us 30 minutes to get to the parking garage. Then once in the airport we were told to go to a specific full service counter. After waiting in that line for 45 minutes we were then told we were in the wrong line. Got to the right line. It's too late. They won't hold the plane. Missed the flight. Nobody wants to take responsibility for it even though we were here with plenty of time. We were told they would get us a hotel. After about 2 hours they came back and said they can't. They did give us a $40 food voucher, which can only be used once. So we were on our own for the hotel and food for the next 24 hours. But it's a good thing we got $15 of food. And it took so long for that I ended up paying $30 for my parking alone.
Now we are back. Met a girl at check-in who was really nice. Her flight was cancelled yesterday. We check in, good to go. The girl we met, not so lucky. After rescheduling her for today, someone deleted her ticket in the system. So she has now wasted 2 of her 5 day vacation due to airport issues. She left crying. Again. There is dog poop on the floor, and we are sitting here waiting to board and the door to the outside is wide open. Mind you its 28 degrees outside and SNOWING! Everyone in this terminal is bundled up and freezing. There are babies in here! This is insane! I will never willing come to this airport again. Get it together airport!!
Switching terminals has never been more inconvenient! The busses regularly miss their scheduled times, and nobody cares at all! Seriously though, if you have to switch terminals during layover make sure you have at least three whole hours to spare. Or pay a taxi driver for a service that the airport miserably fails at.
2017: Departed from gate B02. If I could give this airport a negative quantity of stars I would. Connecting from a US origin signs lead me to the street, not my gate. Then I have to proceed through security again only to be told the only security lane to my gate is closed. After going back and forth between two different security entrances and being told contradictory information I'm finally allowed to go through the second security lane then need to be escorted in a group like a line of preschoolers on a field trip. When finally through the farce that is security we are dropped off at a small room suitable for maybe 75 people filled with more than 150. The most consistently disorganized airport experience I've ever encountered.
2016: Departed from gate E1A. Only a Duty Free Kiosk with minimal selection and one small restaurant, overflowing due to it single-handedly servicing 4 flights. WiFi requires you to jump through several advertising hoops in order to access then is only available for a limited time; never once came remotely close to the advertised speed.
The service is bad, the employeese on Turkish Airlines counter are rude and unhelpful. Second time going through this airport and second time having a bad experience.
These guys are really rude. Moving my bins for me when I still didn't finish putting all my things in. That kinda killed my experience at BOS airport. They also were rude to my barely-english-speaking grandma.
Empty, nobody to assist passengers.. Only a Burger King open in Terminal E. It's seen better days. Other airports are better organized despite the virus.
It's an airport. Sometimes annoying things happen, usually it's fine.
When I hired this airport transportation service I was very pleased with the service. The driver showed up at exactly the time specified and the trip was stress free and relaxing. I would hire this airport limo company again.
Not well organized; employees do not communicate well, do not care about customers
Good airport but the gate systems are bad. Parking structure is good though.
This airport is pretty laid back once you are through security and has free wifi!
I usually fly delta out of here and haven't had any issues. In the fall/winter they have issues with fog which causes delays... I know they can't control weather, but it's still annoying.
Airport staff generally unhelpful. I was waiting in a terminal on other family members to arrive and was forced to leave because they wouldn t be arriving for at least another hour
Other than that, it s not a bad airport.
