The best service I have experienced compared to other companies. Jared was Very informative. I did not have to worry about my vehicle not shipping on time. I called numerous companies to get a quote and Jared was by far the best price. (Keep in mind i am travelling from east to west coast)and he had the better price by a mile. He even called on the 4th of July to give me an update. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs his service.

Five stars says it all. Jared called me within less than a minute of my initial query. While he was getting all pertinent information for a quote, my phone received a text confirming everything. Giving him the go ahead happened the same day at the start of a weekend. Monday morning, the shipper was confirmed and Jared called for final approval from me. The dealership I purchased from in Virginia asked for pickup after Monday so they could detail the car one last time. Bad weather on Tuesday delayed pickup to Wednesday. Car was delivered to my driveway in Wisconsin in an enclosed two car trailer at 10 AM the next day. Jared communicated regularly with status updates. Other shipping companies were giving me a run around and trying to charge me more than the correct amount. Ethan called me and discussed how to make this go away and how he could help me and literally within 24 hours he had a driver and the vehicle is on its way. Excellent communication except for one funny thing which was it was delivered on a Sunday and I was called that morning to let me know that it was coming. I don't know too many people that have $800 in cash hanging around and Sunday is a tough day to get money out of a bank. ATMs are kind of limited to only 300. So thanks to my 16 year old daughter who had money in her account we were able to take care of the driver. He was very apologetic and he realized he should have call me the day before and give me a heads up so I could have gotten the cash from the bank. Excellent service highly recommended.

Terrible Customer Service. Jared contracted a carrier for pickup on Sunday evening. The carrier did not show up as promised. I contacted Jared to inform him of the issue. He stated the dispatcher did not follow thru. When I asked Jared for the carrier to extend the same courtesy to me on flexibility, he refused. Jared became argumentative with me, and refused to accomodate my delivery timeframes. I reminded Jared that as a broker he works for me not the carrier. He refused to accomodate me and I ended up cancelling my order. Strongly reccommend finding another broker. Buyer beware! Rebuttl to Jared Zotowsky's latest attempt at damage control. What Jared doesn't admit to is that he had a Sunday pickup for one of his customer's and did not follow-thru with the customer or carrier to ensure the pickup was executed. Jared is the sole proprietor of Exclusive Auto Shipping and therefore answers to himself. Unfortunately what Jared doesn't understand, is that when you run your business, your on call 24/7 to ensure that situations like this are executed. My time is valuable and he had me and the seller, waiting around for approximately 5 hours waiting for the scheduled. I don't see in any of his postings that he is taking ownership of this. As an executive, I find this very disturbing, not someone I would want to continue to do business with. Additionally, I see that Jared has taken the liberty to post our text messages, which my attorney is discovering whether this is a violation of privacy on my behalf, which could result litigation with Exclusive Auto Shipping and it's proprietor Jared Zotowsky liable for damages. It's also important to note that Jared's text message was sent to me at 12:12 a.m., and woke my wife and I up from our sleep. This is classified as harassment, and will be dealt with seriously. Lastly, I've contacted the BBB of Tallahase, Florida, to discuss Jared Zatowsky's behavior and questionable business ethics, for immediate action.

This was the first time having a car shipped for me. I purchased a vehicle from a private seller and needed it shipped from North Carolina to Indiana. The only reason I m giving this place 4 stars is so that other people know it s not a gimic. Jared worked with me to get my car shipped w/ a carrier for about a month - mind you, apparently the car shipping business requires that you book about 1 week or less ahead of your car pick up date. Idk if he has a relationship with the carrier he used but even he was a highly decent guy.
I m a contract person and really prefer when all stipulations are states clearly for all parties involved so the fact that he took the TIME to explain how the process would work to a car shipping newbie like me meant a lot! A little long winded (lol) but it s the thought + execution that counts, haha.

The carrier and I had a slight misunderstanding about when my car was supposed to be dropped off in TX so instead of talking to the carrier directly I called Jared and he handled it right away, AND ensured me that my drop off time was in the contract signed! (I wouldn t be off of my flight in time to pick it up otherwise).

I prayed about who the heck was going to pick up my car and that it would be an easy (and as smooth as possibly process) and that s exactly what Jared Z. made it So happy I found him! If I ever have to ship a car again I m definitely dig up Exclusive and recommend anyone I know to them! Clean and easy business!

Found a driver within the original price quoted, and a contract was set. The driver and dispatch process went flawlessly and the car shipped from IL to Florida in 2 days as promised. i was so impressed he delivered results almost immedietely the day before ship date! I learned not all companies are created equal. Jared will only be the one i will ever trust in the future with my shipping needs. Take it from me, DO NOT BELIEVE LOWEST PRICE QUOTES. Save yourself alot of stress. Jared's price is on the money upfront, and will not jack up the cost ar the last minute and tell you he cannot find a driver at his original quote!!!

I m not usually big on doing reviews but really felt like this company deserved one. Jared was awesome through the whole experience. Very down to earth and didn t try to sell himself when we first spoke on the phone. Instead he was more informative and helpful with what to expect. He didn t try to low ball me with an estimate just to get my business. The part I liked the most was he wasn t pushy when I said I wanted to do my due diligence and shop around. After talking with other companies it was clear Jared really does care about his customers experience. He either answered right away or was very reasonable with his response time if I ever reached out with questions. Felt like I was working with a buddy more than doing business with a stranger. Jared from Exclusive Auto Shipping didn't charge my credit card till the very end upon my consent. Absolutely love this guy. I used exclusive auto shipping to ship my Hybrid Toyota from Faribault Minnesota to Washington DC. I have spoken with over 30 different brokers who were very unprofessional, grimey and slimy sales people. They all wanted to fast-talk me they were unprofessional in a sense where they talk negative about the other company which left me very confused and undecided.

I finally ran across Jared. Thank God. He is such a professional who help me out. He truly cared as if he was helping me deliver his mother's car. He was courteous he listen to me he's very professional and educated. His attention to detail was spectacular. Jared knows the business in and out with years of experience and he was extremely honest and forthcoming in his approach.
