Its was cool til i had to switch case workers Maria Montes it felt like she was my slumlords worker more than mine. I asked for a portal to another state. She made me sign a 30 day vacancy and never sent the portal. I found out in 6 days count down. Both Housing Authorities are incompetent. This covid gave them more excuses to not do thier jobs. I not trying to go homeless again
I would like to thank BHA for assisting and motivating me to move forward with my life. I feel if you do your part as a recipient , everything else will fall into place. Not to mention the workers having major case loads and still being efficient, competent, available and healthy is enough for me. Blessings to you all at BHA!
They refuse to answer phones or return phone calls. No notice of leasing officer changes. Not even response to emails. Bthis even goes for the mangers and supervisors.

i been waiting for some one to contact me about the fss program for over a year and i cant get in touch with them the last time i spoke they said they was looking for some to do the job and than they found some one and i still have not got a call back.
They won t help you or even put u on the waiting list if you re not Hispanic my grandma died and still have her application there.
