I was admitted to your location on Washington Street on March 23rd after a care wreck on March 18th. My PT was Radha & I want to truly thank her for her efforts to get my back to my normal self before the accident. She took the time to listen to me complain about being tired, in pain, & overly frustrated w/ the world. All of my nurses on the 3rd floor were awesome despite me constantly asking for graham crackers & peanut butter snacks when I would get hungry since my family refused to bring me anything. I also want to thank the dietician who came by & took our orders for our meals b/c she was the one who made it known to me that I could request double portions through my physician since I informed her that my meals weren't filling me up. I truly appreciate all of the staff. I know this is a thankless job so I want them to know I appreciate them.

I have received excellent care. Everyone is professional and performs their job well. I would especially like to recognize the young woman who checks patients in and Christopher Taylor, the physical therapist. Thank you for helping me.

I was at this inpatient rehab facility after my motorcycle accident after coming out of ICU and being transferred to Rehab. The therapist that I had from Speech,OT,PT were all great and I was ok working with them because they made me feel great and wanted to move forward because being in a new life being in a wheelchair is totally different and hard. The seating clinic was also great with me a she also would make me smile. The only issues I had was with some of the nurses and some of the techs, not that bad but being in a wheelchair and being alone in a room during covid was enough. Overall I had a great experience.
