Ate at Rowe Wharf Sea Grille with friends. Excellent service.

The afternoon tea at the Sea Grille is very relaxing and the low noise level makes it easy to talk. The view of the water is beautiful. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because t feel there could have been more tea sandwiches. Also the teapot is not set over a candle to keep it warm.

It was my family s first time in Boston and this hotel was excellent! The hotel rooms were very clean.The staff was very helpful! Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Came to experience the tea service at the Rowes What's Sea Grill with a party of 8. They seated us promptly and Michael our server was extremely attentive. Broad selection of high quality teas and a great view of the waterfront made for an excellent experience. Was also delighted to see no less than for different wedding parties bustling about in the lobby, no doubt enjoying some awesome photo opportunities.

The Boston Harbor Hotel is beautiful!!! I love the fact that it is by the water, and that they have concert series and movie series in the summer time. I also love the fact that it is accessible by the public. The staff are also very welcoming as well.

I wasn't an overnight guest, but I was a guest of an event there. The space was nice and the staff was friendly.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Perhaps the FRIENDLIEST and delightful staff we've experienced. Lovely room (upgrade without asking!) And generally wonderful experience (but don't order an omelette for breakfast... Dry and uninspired).

The location of these hotel is fantastic. it is close to harbor, and yet has many great cafes and restaurants in the area. the rooms very more that we expected. clean and comfortable. the breakfast was so nice too. i recommend this hotel to couples with kids.

The wedding venue in the Wharf Room is gorgeous! Ceiling to floor windows right on the water for an amazing view of the harbor. The filet served for dinner was melt in your mouth. Highly recommended

Our company rented the wharf room for a company meeting. It's a lovely space, however can be a bit crowded if the doors to the seating area is not opened. Sometimes the mic cut off in the middle of the speech, but the WebEx and screen sharing worked flawlessly. The employees made sure the space was tidy and kept an eye on food/beverage levels.

I was AMAZED with this hotel. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The location is perfect for visiting the aquarium. We brought our kids and they upgraded our room to be more comfortable for our family along with bringing cookies up once we got into our room. That was a nice surprise. I highly recommend this hotel!

Well we visited the Rowe's wharf just across the Harbor Hotel and it was a stunning view into the Boston Harbor.Took a Sunset cruise and it was a magical rides of our live. So serene...... A must try if you visit Boston.

If you get room 1606 change your room immediately. 1606 is beside a storage room that is used by the help. The noise created by the help taking things in and out was pretty constant. They had us wide awake at 6:15 in the morning. The hotel took a $100. off a thousand dollar bill. I would have rather they keep the $1000. and give us a quite room.

The service was excellent. The hotel is well kept, cleaned frequently and unobtrusively. The professional, friendly staff made our event a hit. Wonderful place.

Most luxurious place I've stayed and the staff is awesome. Sarah helped us with everything. Very professional and friendly. Views were beautiful and everything you need is a short walk away.

Did not stay but went to the sea grill restaurant and our server Jason was amazing. I went for my niece and little sisters birthday and he made them feel so comfortable. At the end he came out with a candle on there desserts! They are every bite. Now the food was so delicious! With picky eaters my niece got a burger and fries and sis got the chicken and veggies. I got the steak . Will definitely be back thank you!!

Nice facilities on the water, not exactly ocean views depending on how many boats are there but pleasant nonetheless. Staff were friendly and directed us to our event easily. They had live music and the small bites available were pretty good. Was her for an event, would probably go back to try for dinner or drinks.

Beautiful outdoor patio, although it is getting a tad cold to sit outside unfortunately.

Right on the water, you can't really ask for more. Quick 5 min walk to the North end as well

A gorgeous hotel with incredible views of Boston harbor. Friendly and professional staff throughout the property. They make you feel right at home.

So many wonderful things stand out about this hotel. The view of the harbor is absolutly breath taking, especially when waking up to it. The staff is something that needs recognition, five stars across the board in that catagory. There were really only three small reasons why we are rating this with 4 stars: the beds were not very comfortable and the showers were nothing spectacular, for those prices we expected a little more in those areas. Lastly, the various packages offered by the hotel were a bit confusing. Which things were included and which were not. So remember to review your bill before check out is complete, but if you forget or are unable, no need to worry- the incredible staff mentioned above will be more than willing to help rectify the error.

Great hotel, very pricey, ice had to be ordered by room service. Lots to do around harbor but it all seemed to cost money so be prepared.

This is one of the nicer, classier hotels in Boston. It's in a great location right on the water and on the HarborWalk. You can sit outside in the summer to have lunch, dinner or drinks as you catch a glimpse of the boats passing by. You can also catch many of the boats from here which will take you around Boston Harbor and even a water taxi to the airport.

In my opinion the best hotel in Boston, for service, location (very central), restaurants and harbor views

My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice now, and we absolutely love it. From the views, professional staff, beautiful rooms, and delicious food items, we will definitely keep coming back to the BHH.

I visited the restaurant, on the seaside. It was nice. The atmosphere was pleasant.

Wow. Beautiful hotel. Great location at Rowes Wharf. Close to the Freedom trail. Rooms are fantastic and the staff was attentive and freindly.

Do not accept dogs as it should be !!!! Despite my dog being a service dog .... they should be controlled !!!! The law is the law!!

Ate lunch in the sea grille. Food was good but service was quite slow. Waiter never asked our party if we wanted anything other to dribk than water.

Watched a movie on the waterfront and had a great time!

I'm a solid 304.9 pounds with type 2 diabetes and with the candy on every floor it really helps me get through the day. I love this place.

Excellent hotel, but room key broke not once but twice. Hopefully they can get that figured out. Otherwise great experience!
