The hotel is very good with a given price offer, located in the middle of the city. The concept of a unique room interior and room facilities are elegant and luxurious, the receptionist is friendly, quite fluent in English, when we stay at this hotel there are motorbike rentals available so there is no need to bother looking out ... The weakness is almost nonexistent the room is rather small ... but the rest I am very satisfied ... Thank you

Absolutely love the room, service, breakfast, and the environment around the hotel. Staffs were really nice and friendly, also very helpful to us. The location might not be perfect for those who doesn't have a car, but it located near some shopping mall, and department store, not too far from the old town area as well. There's restaurants just right next to the hotel, too. The only thing I don't like is that, we could hear noises from outside pretty clearly during the night, which disturbs our sleep a lot, and there's a lot of mosquitoes on the first floor. Must be perfect if they could fix those problems.

I really like the design of O'nya Phuket Hotel with the color, art and most of the thing are very beautiful and thoughtful.
The room is very clean and neat we are very happy for that.
Location of the hotel is good for shopaholic, closed to both Central Department store, Tesco Lotus, BigC. If you don't like a traffic jam on the way to shop, I recommend this hotel.

Would be 5* if the highway noise would be cancelled - they could do it but don't really seem to care and the reviews show it's not going to be their priority.

And yes - I am back. The price has to be one of the most reasonable in Wichit area. I have stayed in a good number of hotels in Wichit area (not to be confused with Patong) - O'nya Phuket is about the best for room, location and pricing. No complaints from me due to reasonable pricing.

The room is clean, the school is on the road, but at night, the noise from the car is not as disturbing as the guests are staying. But overall ok, get a local breakfast as well. In the middle of the old district, it won't take long

Nice boutique hotel next to Crust, great Italian restaurant. The price is cheap. The room is clean. The receptionist is helpful. However, there s no lift and no window (in some rooms).

One of the most beautiful and well functioning rooms I have ever stayed in, for its price. Only 11 min walk to a great mall (Festival mall).
Yes there is some noise from the highway next to it, and at least they are honest about serving a light breakfast, and not a great /fantastic breakfast.
But the rooms are magnificent, and gives you peace of mind and happiness. And EVERYTHING in the room works perfectly.

Onya as a hotel has justified itself very much. Even more, this is a great hotel for two. The only and significant disadvantage is far from all good beaches / interesting restaurants, places and of course hangouts.

If you want to go to Bangla Road / Big Buddha or to the beach with airplanes, then there are only two options, either rent a car / bike yourself, or take a good taxi to look for. A Thai taxi is not an option, as they will argue and ask for more money for the climb, and as a result, you will be stripped of a mustache to a penny. To be honest, I was very lucky, in addition to Russian taxi services on VKontakte and telegram, I found a convenient application Toun taxi (promo code SLLWKK). I was able to drive with a Russian driver to Bangla Road in less than 400b and much cheaper than it was on the street. Moreover, the driver also suggested the way back. We agreed;) True, one small minus - you must order in advance! But all taxi services in Phuket and Thailand have this disadvantage!

Seems like it newly refurbished... Very clean rooms and a nice few styling touches.... You do get a lot of road noises but the style more than makes up for it.... Some nice little coffee shops within the block itself

The service was lovely. At that time, 2 am, we slept in the room. I fell asleep and refused to open the door.
