So beautiful! So comfortable! The greatest customer service at a relaxing part of Boston! I loved being a little out of the busy city and along the shore to enjoy views of both! Loved being walking distance to the North End and the train station! I won t stay anywhere else when I m in Boston!

Went to the Boston Harbor Hotel's Summer in the City Friday movie night for a screening of Jaws. Great environment to hang out and spend a nice summer night. You can just watch for free but they also have an outdoor restaurant/bar.

On Tuesday-Thursdays in the summer they have different bands come in. The space is beautiful and the staff are friendly. The Boston Harbor Hotel is a great addition to the city

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend for my wife's 50th. From the time you pull into the front valet parking area they make you feel like you are the most important person to ever show up there. Everyone was so professional and nice. As soon as we arrived they brought up champagne and strawberries for her birthday and we used the opportunity to sit in front of the window and see the amazing view of the harbor. After a short visit to the Boston Flower Show we came back to our room to find a cake with "Happy 50th" on it. It was an amazing experience and really appreciate every aspect!!!

Was a very nice room (City view 9th floor) with a nice view of the city above Atlantic Avenue, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the service everywhere within the hotel was very good. Great location near the wharf with plenty to walk to in Boston.

Boston Harbor Hotel, BHH, has very nice rooms that look smaller on the outside but seem spacious inside. The colors in the rooms are mainly blue and white with high profile beds, about a meter off the floor and give you large closets and updated furniture. Its a place more for functions and events because of the large halls able to be rented to the public but other than that, the lounge area, the bar and one small expensive gift shop ... there isn't much else to do in the hotel. The hotel itself has more of a historical look to it inside and friendly staff. Some rooms even have a balcony or what appears to be it all to me but it's really a rooftop. You cannot access. The mini bar in the room has a sensor that even if you pick up a drink, whether or not you drink it, will still charge you just her lifting it up out of it. I believe most hotels do that now a days. Just be careful of the charges on your bill. Parking garage is available for believe $44 a night, if I remember correctly... or have Valet at front door for much more. Overall I'd prefer BHH over Intercontinental unless I planned to be using other parts of the hotel instead of just staying there for the room.

Wonderful stay. Everything was perfect except for the weather (which even they could not control). Stayed there for the marathon and the staff were wonderfully attentive, the rooms beautiful, location excellent and the bar what a great place to visit with friends and family. We will definitely return. Our new favorite Boston hotel!

The outdoor tables at the Sea Grille are one of the best spots in Boston. The food very good. We started early, but once our waiter (Ramine?) Got busy with a few more tables I never saw him again. For the last 30 minutes I sat with a desert menu in hand waiting to order another drink. We both missed out. My desert and his bigger tip.
