Friendly staff from the security gate onwards. Have just completed Bosch Ebike Training for 2020 here and it was my first time at this facility. The training was superb as always and well worth the journey. Was also lucky enough to have a tour of the Bosch Innovation Hub to see some of the other Bosch products they design and manufacture. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Have never written a review before, but my experience with Bosch is that their customer service is awful. I've tried phoning two different numbers (from their instruction manual and one of their subsidiaries) and always get greeted with 'Due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot answer your call'. This has been going on for over a week. The Tassimo division can't even connect me with their Head office or complaints team.
An engineer called this morning to repair my dishwasher, it all went smoothly and the dishwasher is repaired, However I am perturbed that as I paid by credit card no receipt was issued, I have no idea if the engineer put in the right amount. When I rang the company I was told I should take his word for it! Famous last words. I am not suggesting that Bosch as a company can not be trusted, but this is no way of doing business.

I last year kitted out my kitchen with a Bosch hob cooker and oven thinking that aftercare service and quality would be brilliant. The manager at Bosch customer services has just been incredibly rude and refused to help sort out my problem even though I have purchased 5 year guarantee for my products. Don t buy there products as the service and care is just not like how it used to be.
I hard good times when I was working at bosch it was good place to work and I have excellent experience always to remember that

For me Bosch has gone down hill massively happy to send you an engineer but it isn t any good when the job isn t fixed!
Wasted a lot of my time and my money which is never brought back nor mentioned from them... I will never by Bosch again because of this!

This is, by far, the worst company we have ever had to deal with. Our dishwasher has broken down countless times due to numerous faults. Customer service is awful. We have ended up going weeks without a working dishwasher and still have a non - functioning dishwasher. Avoid this company.
Really bad service. Just bought a serie 6 machine - it broke a month later. had to wait ages for the repair man and in the end it required a new machine. We haven't even had a call to say when the new one will arrive. Avoid the serie 6!
Absolutely diabolical service... a expensive oven broke within 28 days of purchase.... service engineer isn t available for 8 days and has to be repaired and not replaced.. so disgusted with this.
If I could give less than a star I would. Just got off customer service and was told to 'I don't care how much you use your iron'. extremely unprofessional and extremely disappointing I can see why people give bad reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They'll take your money and when it brakes after 3 days tell you that you misused the product even though it broke due to faulty wiring. I'll repeat my previous statement DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.
Very pleased with service. Contacted Bosch who arranged for engineer to attend 2 days later. I had confirmation messages regarding appointment. The engineer phoned to confirm he was on his way. He came equipped with spare parts based on my description of the problem. The issue was identified very quickly and the part replaced. It took about 20 mins in all. Can't fault my experience of the Customer Service, just a little disappointed my 8 month old appliance failed me in the first place! Hopefully that will be the last time!
Bosch appliances seem to sell on a now long lost good reputation for high quality. My experience with their latest produsts is that they are at best average in terms of quality and lifespan. Just returning a Steam Generator Iron for repair within its guarantee period.
Bosch electric kettle: dreadful design, lid button stiff, opening lid does not cut power (so likely to burn your hand); water gauge in the one place you cannot see it (behind the handle); filter now only accessible from inside the kettle. Going through customer contact form, system does not recognise the E-Nr (TWK78A01/GB01), so I cannot complain through the website.
My garden shredder developed an electrical fault and was collected in February by Fedex at the 3rd attempt having gone to a wrong address. The shredder was returned, damaged, with no indication of what the Service Centre had done to remedy the fault. It was collected again for the damage to be repaired for which they invoiced me, later rescinded after I complained. The electrical fault resurfaced so I bought a new Bosch switch unit which blew the plug fuse. Back it went to Bosch in August with the old switch re-installed and with the new one taped to the handle. On its return, repaired(!), the new switch had vanished. I have been promised a refund of the cost of the lost switch and am still waiting for it 6weeks and several reminders later. They have stopped acknowledging my emails.
