Great Auction! Bought myself a tractor from Ebay. It was so easy paying and picking up. However, I ended up changing my mind due to some circumstances and they were so easy and quick to work with throughout the whole return process.
Bidadoo has been great to work with over the past 7 years. We have bought dozens of items from across the US. We can count on the fact that each item has been carefully inspected and well described. Bidadoo has become a great supplier. Looking forward to doing more business in the future.
Purchased a piece of equipment from them in November 2017. When got to the laydown area didn't function as listed. Contacted their support and they are working with me to resolve the issues. Thanks BidAdoo!
April 2018: Updating as the support is complete. Howard, Loren, and Ken went over and above to make sure the equipment was as advertised. They great guys and I would recommend purchase of equipment from their Auction site.
Bought a 40 foot lift on their auction, advertised to be in great shape, passed all of their tests. Machine got delivered pouring hydraulic oil. We spent $1500 just to move this machine to Michigan, they tell me we can bring it back and they will give us our money back. I am not gonna spend another $1500 just to haul this piece of scrap metal back. Letting everybody I know they are a rip off, and I will not spend any more money there. We spent over $100,000 they were last year on their equipment, their loss.

Inspect before you bid on their auctions. Bought a tractor that they supposedly checked out. I have fixed many issues that were obviously wrong that they either ignored or misled on eBay. It is impossible to leave them anything but positive feedback on eBay so issues are being under reported.
The item was clearly dropped from a forklift before all nicely wrapped in black plastic. Broke the electric motor and bent up the sheet metal around it. NOT like in the E bay photos. Who drives their forklifts? Be wary of Bidadoo.

purchased a E45 bobcat mini excavator over 24k invested at this point. Stated engine hours were 1230hrs. Once I paid over $1,600 for shipping, received the unit that actually has 3428hrs. It gets worse. The right track motor is very weak. Machine doesn t even get close to traveling straight with no load. I ve been in contact with Bidadoo for two weeks now. Bidadoo has offered to ship it back and a $300 credit on their site.
Does this seem in any way like a fair deal?

1)Bidadoo reviews on ebay are not real 2) really watch how you conduct business with them . They sold me a Genie lift and it was already sold. Bidadoo held my money for several days with little or no communication. I posted a negative feedback on Ebay and the feedback did not post. This is not how feedbacks work, mostly on a auction site where this is very important. Why aren't any of the feedbacks I see on yelp, Ripoff report mapquest etc on the Ebay feedbacks? Ebay and Bidadoo are misleading the general public to think certain way and its not real. Nothing worse than felling like you are getting scammed.

Don't bother bidding. If the description isn't dishonest the closing will be. Terrible company to deal with so go elswhere and save yourself the trouble.
The item purchased was exactly as described but the trucking company damaged it in transit. Bidadoo paid for the repair even though the trucking company tried to hide the problem and wouldn't pay.

Bought an item through ebay. verified from bidadoo by email and telephone that item was ready for pick up and that they had a loading dock or ramp to load. Drove almost 1000 miles one way to get item only to find out the item had previously sold over a year ago and the item was in fact not there nor for sale. Offered a refund (yea ya think) and partial gas money for the 2 day trip, missed work and family time.
Excuse was that it was a mistake.
I bought an electric forklift from them a few months ago, and they were so easy to work with. Their staff is definitely on the ball, and their facility is obviously very well run and professional. They have excellent customer service, and the forklift I got runs fantastic. I was running late after narrowly avoiding a nasty wreck (tire blowout with a 15,000 lb trailer) and getting stuck in bad traffic, and they stayed open late for me so I wouldn't have to get a hotel. I would do business with them anytime!
I have been buying heavy equipment from Bidadoo for over a year now. This is my go to auction site. Jackie Nolan is always so helpful with my bill of sales. She makes the process so smooth. If I have questions about anything pertaining to my purchase Courtnie Frostad is super helpful, and she always points me in the right direction if she doesn t have the answer.
Not good. We bought equipment off eBay. Posting stated:
A) freight from Washington
B)$25 processing fee
C) could get freight quote. Was quoted $550
D) more accurate shipping cost will be entered at time of sale
After sale couldn t pay until shipping was entered. They entered $25. Then we was told to come pick it up. Nothing was stated about local pick up. We then was told it could be shipped for $750 plus $75 pallet plus another $25 handling fee then asked where it was going. (Item purchased was only $750. Quoted by others afterwards to ship $280) Where it s going? How you quote price before knowing? We then was just sent money back wrapped up in eBay limbo. No discussions.
I called. They said too bad. Should ve read posting. Which I explained I did. I wasn t the one deflecting from it. When asked how they quote shipping without knowing destination I was told it s kinda flat rate. Ok then, why isn t that on post? Flat $750. They told me even if We bid on it again they wouldn t let us have it. Very unprofessional. There wasn t even no communication. Just here is money back you don t get it. Ball was dropped on their side.
This is one of the best aution places I have ever dealt with. They are polite and they have helped in in several ways that go above and beyond. I especially want to thank Amanda Smith for always helping me. Just to throw it out there, I bought a lift, but really wasn't aware that it had major issues until I got it home. Bidadoo paid for a sevice person to come out and inspect it. No luck. They offered me a full refund. But I had to bring it back. I had heard about buying heavy equipment on ebay but was very skeptical until I read the remarks and the photos Bidadoo had done on the pieces of equipment that were being sold. I bought two pieces of equipment based on that information. After purchasing the equipment it made it so easy going directly through Bidadoo to pay the seller and taken care of the freight. Bidadoo has a cozy relationship with Ebay and when they make a mistake and misrepresent an item, a buyer cannot enter a negative feedback against Bidadoo which encourages them to neglect their customer service. I purchased a "used" Kubota which by Bidadoo's admission should have been sold as "parts or non-working" but when sold as used should be repairable. This Kubota is not repairable and had been returned to Bidadoo by two previous buyers and Bidadoo still sold it as "used". I paid more than twice what it was really worth and EBay would not stand behind their guarantee either in defense of their "big" customer.
Bidadoo used to be a trustworthy and reliable source but like many companies, success breeds arrogance and soon disregard for the customers who made them successful.
Double check any item sold by Bidadoo, don't bid on trust alone or you will be disappointed and even worse, ripped off.

Bought a scissors lift, they loaded it with a fork lift , brought to our facility following week, tried to off load it, would not move.needs soft ware up date called Bidadoo on hold for 20 min. than disconnected...called back several times same thing , finally got someone told only 3 day warranty and " I was out of luck" lousy service!

I have used Bidadoo several times and it has gone well. This last time there was an issue with the description and an unknown problem with the machine. Amanda S. went over and above to make it right and really raised the bar on how online auction transactions should be handled.
I had the winning bid on a forklift, drove up the Washington facility. When I took possession of the forklift, the loader operator drug the forklift from its parking spot, lifted it on to the trailer and broke the steering. Bidadoo, offered little resolution and embarassing customer service. This was the first time I have bought from Bidadoo, and will probably be the last. They offered very little in making the situation right.
Bidadoo is a TOP NOTCH equipment auction reseller. Expect nothing but the best deals and top notch service from purchase to palletizing and logistics help. I will be a customer for life

I bought a 2011 Volvo skid steer with 114 hours on a working meter. Had it shipped from Pennsylvania to Ontario Canada. The machine looks to me like it has between 2 and 4 thousand hours on it and looks like it was buried in a swamp because of all the soil we dug out of the bottom of it. The computer in does not work properly, I assume because the machine was buried. The aux hydraulics do not work. If I was to return it, I would loose nearly $2000 in shipping and other fees plus I would have to pay about the same to have it shipped back. You got me this time, I'll never bid on a machine without taking my time to go and see what I am buying.
This place is a scam. I bought a truck from them. Stated all lights functional. They also stated all engine and transmission function and in good operational condition. I have purchased 4 previous items and had a good experience. The last purchase was a 2007 Ford F750 service truck. None of the exterior lights worked. The batteries were none existent (maybe stolen?) and the slave cylinder for the manual transmission was non operational. How in the world did they test it and drive in the video without batteries or a slave cylinder. I flew 900 miles to salt lake to pickup. Spent $3,100 at a local truck repair facility to get the truck drivable. Bidadoo gave me run around after runaround about sending in a bill and going to a third party arbitration. All I wanted was some compensation for my troubles. They offered nothing. I went into ebay to leave a negative review. Bidadoo has now blocked me from their auctions and refuses to discuss the matter. Their eBay account is setup to remove you if you complain. WHAT A SCAM. EBAY is just as bad and to blame. They don't care either. I called and filed a complaint with them. No body cares. They just want your money. Not your problems.
Item was as described and the folks that work here are very friendly and a pleasure to do business with, would definitely do business with again.
They have everything strategically set up so you cannot leave a negative feedback on Ebay (on large purchases).
I have purchased a commercial item from them that had A LOT of non disclosed issues.. I ended up spending over $3k to leave it "as described".. buyer BEWARE!!

Had almost the exact same experience as Sean Roger, except with 40' JLG Lift.
When we purchased it, the listing described all components as average , they weren t. When they relisted for us (12% fee) the drivetrain and fan belts were downgraded to fair and Lacks power in forward motion . This was the condition we originally received it in. We never even used the lift in the three business days it was in our possession.
April used fabricated notes of things I never said to justify their pawning off this piece of... equipment on us.

Purchased an insulation vacuum. Noted condition was: starts up easy, engine in great shape. What I found upon recieving the item was the engine did not run. We're now sitting on a piece of equipment that doesn't run with a couple thousand in it. I guess the moral is, trust what you can see. I wish they would have made this right.

Just drove from wi to co to pick up a power buggy (paid for online) and turns out this particular unit sold over a year ago so it was not at the pickup site they named in the address..... emailed and called several times to confirm all was ready as this was a 15hr one way drive and they said it was all set... their solution to the absolute f*ck up was to refund the money plus $400 for expenses... um, how about NO! That doesnt cover fuel let alone travel expenses and missed out work.
My company recently purchased a piece of equipment from Bidadoo and the transaction went smooth. However, the financing company Pinnacle Capital they work with is under handed and dishonest. They make "mistakes" and have unclear terms, it is only until later you realize you are stuck in a very high interest rate loan with no option to refinance out of it. Finance with anyone else if possible.
Had a significant issue with my purchase when it was received, however it was resolved fairly and properly and I would recommend purchasing from them. I would also recommend if you do not personally inspect item that you scrutinize every picture and description as it would be difficult for them to describe perfectly without pictures. I spoke to the owner personally and believe there isn't a chance he would intentionally mislead anyone or any item and legitimately cares about each persons satisfaction. The hard thing to remain objective about is that they can only report on what is obvious. It isnt their machinery and they only know what they have been told.
my issue is the same as other sellers its impossible to give them negative feedback on ebay i was given a complete line about third party arbitration when i didn't want anything but to tell others their feedback isn't real
