Excellent service for my Miata MX5. I have used them for the last 3 years for work on my modified Miata, including work to my specifications on fluid changes, alignment, clutch swap, and diagnosing and fixing an electrical problem with my spark/injectors. All work was done right, quickly, and at a reasonable price.
Our experience at Borgman Mazda was excellent. We had an appointment set up to view a CX-5 that was recently added to the used inventory. The salesman, Chris, had the car ready to go. The car was great minus a few exterior blemishes. With that in mind, Chris was able to help us come to an agreement with his manager, Brandon. They were easy to work with throughout the entire process. Thanks again.

Absolutely so disappointed with the customer service received. Had intended to buy a car, we were told a credit check needed to be run and we d be set. Told our ride to leave. Just to find out about 25 minutes later that the dealership DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE TITLE TO THE CAR and there was no way they could sell it to us today. We were personally contacted by a salesman who said we could come THAT DAY. Our ride had to drive FORTY minutes back to pick us up and the dealer made no effort to remedy the situation. The most ridiculous situation I ve ever been in. I am beside myself.
They're very good with you they're on top of it you call that get you in right away I just bought a Mazda I haven't made my first payment yet and it started making noise I brought it in just to discover there was a little Pebble and they're making all kinds of noise bless their heart they were so patient with me

Avoid this place. I am relocating to MI from CA. I needed to secure a car by the time I arrived. Online, I located a used vehicle of interest. My initial experience was good. I was able to negotiate a price and make a cash offer. The texted me the offer on Monday AM. I confirmed the text in the afternoon. However, they did not confirm, nor answer multiple follow up texts until Tuesday, when they reported they had sold the car already. I consider this borderline ethical behavior and warn you about the sales manager here. I now have only a day to start over and find a new car from a different dealer. Do not trust or buy a vehicle from this dealership. They wasted my time! I normally only post positive reviews 3 star or better. This is only my second negative review ever and the time I take here should tell you something.
