I gave one star because I couldn't give zero stars. They close everything off. A good 65 or 70% of the floor is roped off. And half the machines that are on the floor are closed off as well. This leaves limited space. So people are on top of one another. You had to wait online to use certain machines. They are not handling this pandemic well.

Only one restaurant was open ... During the afternoon. So I guess if you come to gamble during the afternoon you should bring your own food or you just don't eat right? Or eat at Starbucks ...ugh.

Very disappointed not going back

Amazing!!!! The customer service - all of them, but especially Fernando - unparalleled in my trips. The rooms were perfect for all of my family and me, and we even made a bunch of money!!! The spa topped off the experience with just how awesome the pool/hot tub was. No joke, one of the best times I have had at a resort. Plus MARK - the blackjack dealer - hes an older gentleman with grey hair and tall P010033 (could be wrong) but I want to give him a HUGE thank you. He was kind, great at the game, and really cool!!!

Such a gorgeous casino. Very clean, very nice condition throughout. They just need more people working at the cashier. I was in line with 9 people waiting to trade chips in for cash. More importantly, Blackjack is still paid 3-2 and not 6-5 like Wynn does. Also the tables fit 4, with dividers in between everyone.

I remember going to Borgata a few years back, when it was in its prime. Things have definitely changed - Covid had quite an impact on the casino. The amenities look great, however, the management is clearly trying to reduce costs. The indoor pool was freezing cold, the coffeemaker in the room was broken, most of the restaurants were closed, the faucet handle fell off in our bathroom, etc. I'm still giving the casino 4 stars, because I understand that it must be tough for them right now (same goes for most businesses). A few tips if you would like to stay in Borgata in the nearest future: more restaurants will be open on weekends than weekdays; the outdoor pool will be open Friday-Sunday; bring your own shampoo, ladies (the one they give you is tiny - not enough if you have long hair). There is no microwave in the room, so keep that in mind when ordering food in the restaurant (order only what you can eat - you won't be able to warm it up later). You will need your phone to access the amenities, your room or the elevator (unless you decide to go though a traditional check-in process instead of a contactless one). The MGM app is a great idea from a security standpoint, although ours didn't work well and we ended up stuck between floors in the elevator waiting for it to work. The hotel wifi could be better, especially given the fact that everything depends on the app. They are planning to open their swim club in the very end of June (weekends only).

Great place to spend the day or night. Probably the best Casino here in AC. Mask are still required. Great food. If you like Sport betting the betting areas are big. Their is ample seating and a very large comfortable bar. Borgata Staff get a 10 out of 10 Stars.

Beautiful hotel, clean and orderly casino, (but also very scammy as expected), gorgeous and comfortable pools and hot tubs (although it's ridiculous that they close at 7pm), overall nice employees, and all of the guests were very friendly. One down side is you get charged for literally EVERYTHING here, and even chain restaurants have their prices jacked like crazy. Took away two stars because my friends and I were constantly asked for our IDs in a condescending way and one of the guards went out of her way to come up to me and tell me I looked 16 even though I already had a wristband to verify my age (I'm 22 and look like almost every other average 22 year old). It was very insulting and unprofessional; they need to learn how to treat their young guests better if they want to keep that college kid/grad revenue coming in.

Words cannot express what I experienced at this beautiful hotel. Indoor swimming pool, hot tub, clean clean clean everything, a place to meet & greet other people from all over the world. My family will be going to the Borgata very often this summer. And I did win a little $.

As usual it was a good stay, everything was nice and clean. I thought my stay was at good timing, not too crowded and the resurants were vary accessible. Walking around playing the slots at my leisure was the best part.
See you soon Borgata!

Thank you!

Beautiful facility! The chandeliers are colorful blown glass and works of art. Service (other than the guy who checked us in) was top-notch. My husband brought me up for my birthday and we had a gorgeous suite with a spectacular view. The restaurants that we wanted to try (Japanese, Bobby Flay, Homestead Steak House) all required reservations and didn't have any tables before 9:30 pm! That's too late to eat for me. We ended up eating most of our meals at the Metropolitan, which was very good. They serve breakfast all day, but also offered a variety of other food such as salmon, club sandwiches, meatloaf, hamburgers, etc. The service was wonderful and the wait was short for a table (15 minutes or less). Overall, we had a great time and would return in the future.
