We could not rate THO highly enough, we were met by a representative at every city, briefed on the plans and sights we would see, the guides were always there when we started and the driver was with us for the whole trip.
Simply could not fault their organisation, nothing was too much trouble, the driver would take us anywhere extra we wanted to go, picked us up to take us to restaurants if we wanted, all their staff were always concerned about our safety and comfort.
Would not hesitate to use THO again

I booked a 5-star 4 day trip, 3 nights in Delhi and 1 night in Agra. The good parts were the representatives who were attentive and polite. The driver and tour guide in Agra was excellent. However the 3 nights in Delhi were sub standard for the high price that I paid for the whole trip. The Vivanta in Dwarka which is supposed to be 5-star, is one of their partner hotels is very average in service and too far from all the sites. Shop around for better value packages.

i would give negative marking to this organisation in term of working culture, job satisfaction and job reliability. The weakest point or i would say the drawback of this company is their General manager, who not even know the T of travel industry but would take clouds with his words but will never ever fulfil single wish he would promise to you. Please do not go for this if you do not have other options left. if you join in any circumstances, please take everything in written because they change their words frequently
