My words at Borealy are all superlative.
Because I am a buyer outside of Bucharest, I had no way of seeing the products except in pictures on the site and it was difficult to make a decision and I went to risk. But I can tell you that everything went really well.
My first thanks started with the support of the Borealy representative in choosing the product I was going to buy to make it, the promptness with which it was delivered and the way it was packaged.
The product, what to say, was my next pleasant surprise. It is a shame that the images on the online store can not show its quality as it is in reality and the attention it was made to.
I will not stop here with appreciation because it was a pleasant surprise after receiving the parcel, when the Borealy team took care to thank me for the choice made, to ask me if everything was ok and if I am satisfied with the product and of their services.
They have all my appreciation for the respect that their members treat. And of course, my respect for what they do. Good for them!
