Small and out the way but useful when needed. There should be a bigger boots that side of town. Although if you cant face the busy main boots in Notts, this would be a good choice.

The store is bright and clean, the goods are neatly arranged, the clerk's service attitude is good, and there are not many medicines to choose from.

Excellent selection of products and not busy at all. Queues can take quite a while, but staff are lovely.

Every thing from perfume to baby stuff under one roof get my vitamins from here.

This place is great. Me and my wife couldn't find something specific, so we ended up asking the staff member which knew exactly where the product was, and took us right to it. No complaints at all.

The Boots near Broad marsh is a lovely shop but I think a lot of the staff have been furloughed. You can't actually find a member of staff if you need to ask a question. I've been in twice and it was deserted. Probably be ok when we are back to normal.

This English Boots fairing shop also presenters itself to the visitor as a very bright and clean environment; all the products on display are put on the shelves in a very neat way, based use. Over the counter medicines; but there are all the essential and consumer products. The over counter drugs are not many, but there are those essential medicines that an widely used buy citizen. The cause of all this is the simple fact that the store, compared to others in the same chain, is rotheers small; but just go a little further on that you will find the same store in style and better stocked. The staff, if asked by customers,is polite and competent. At this point it is good to specify that if the customer wants something more particular, I recommend him to go to the other Boots which is located closer to the city center and can surely find them for everything and more. This Boots, I racommend it,above all to those who only have to buy things for small daily needs. As for cosmetic products, there are many and above all famous brands. ...in a nutshell, you are spoiled for choice. Of course, the prices applied are not entirely cheap, but not much more expensive than many other shop of this type.

Still good after all these years, potty they don't sell electrical goods anymore, like hi-fi's ect.

Definitely the more quiet of the two in the city centre, which makes it brilliant for people with sensitivities to overly bright light and sound. The only fault is that it doesn t contain as much as the other store at in Victoria centre but that is to be expected in a smaller store.

Had long wait for Pharmacist return from 'gone upstairs'. Counter staff did nothing to locate her and advise needed. Wasnt the only one waiting.

The staff here are always helpful, which is good because I always end up here when I don't feel well and finding something that's right in front of me feels insurmountable.

Great that this store is still open despite the renovations to Broad Marsh. Good spot to all personal goods and more.

Quaint little shop that offered most of the things I needed.

im guessing peope have realised the on line sale starts today as the website is down and you cant access the site, not good enough boots, apparently this happens every year, not good enough.

Just waited for about three minutes with items to buy in sight of one assistant who kept helping other customers and another who was stacking shelves! It must be nice to be rich enough to ignore customers who want to buy stuff. Time to go elsewhere!

I went there to collect my subscription...there was wait for few minutes but staff was helpful...good lace for cosmetic shopping

Pharmacy closes earlier not at 6pm for prescriptions its about 5pm otherwise they do a good job!

All the staff at the pharmacy are very helpful and friendly, apart from Wendy, Wendy is rude and unprofessional.
