The highest quality mammoth ivory, vintage yellow (compared to new elephant) and with a grain that just won t quit. I ve daily carried my grips on my Colt for a full year. I love them and the pistol is memorable to my 11 year old. The package is an heirloom in the making.
Ordered simulated ivory for j frame. Put them on the revolver and they immediately broke. Returned them with a letter. Never got any response. Poor service, wasted money, inferior quality. Very disappointing

I ordered a set of Stellar Sea Cow grips, for a 1911. I've tried them on several different guns I own; and they don't properly fit any of them. I sent an email to Boone Trading Company, inquiring about how much it would cost to have minor adjustments made to the grips; so that I could use them? My email was never answered. Just now, after about a month of waiting; I tried again, to reach them. After filling out their online, customer service form, explaining my dissatisfaction with their customer service; I received a message that the form I wasted my time filling out, had been disabled! That brought me here! I'm so glad that you provide a means to expose these people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU, AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY! I only gave them one star, because I couldn't submit this review, giving them zero stars!
