Very little to do during early spring months, not worth the money

None of the ride work.... none of the games work.... what a waste of money... i paid for 3 kids.... they are soooo disappointed

This place made me and my mom stay so long we were there and we were with my sister and dad we were on the go karts 247 the bumper boats were a family favorite 10x better than adventure land

very disappointed. so many hairs in the food. disrespectful workers and managers. didn't check seatbelts for the rides. barely anything was working. careless attitude. not as fun as i wanted it to be. my experience at boomers was so disappointing, definitely telling my friends to go somewhere else to have fun. maybe adventure land. at least there they somewhat care for the people. disgusting. disappointed. never coming back.

There was a time when this place was great when I was young.... What was once a family fun place filled with memories of joy and friendship, is now a filthy hot smelly nightmare world...

With lazy and rude staff.....

This place is going to be shutdown very soon. I can feel it....

Bad Bad Bad, most of the games don't work and only have staff for 3 rides at a time. Go anywhere else.

I heard thatrgey are upgrading this place by october. Im not sure if its anlie but they are. This is a really good place with nice worker

It used to be a great place. Brian Becker was working as a manager.

Fun place to visit. It would have been nice if the people working would have informed us about the special packages they offered. We ended up spending more than we should.

Worst place to bring a kid games dont work and staff takes your money and doesn't inform you that they have rules until after you pay I wish I could give them negative stars

It's ok, a little old fashioned but good for small kids.Does the work :)

You definitely don't get your money's worth and all the machines are basically broken and the ones that do work suck

This place is fun for 10 years and below

The Pros:
-Unlimited rides for a 20.00 per person fee(10.00 If you groupon)
- The rides are fun, the kid roller-coaster is a hit with my nephew (its short ride for little kids)

The Cons:
- alot of the arcade do not work
- The food(Nathans), Ride ticket & mini golf are all the same place so you have to constantly wait on line with people for different things. its silly.
- The go carts are not worth the wait.

All and all we had a great time, I would recommend eating before you go or you will be waiting on line for a long time.

I d like to wait for a response regarding my email sent to parent company and management with concerns regarding my twin daughters birthday on May 19 before I post s negative review..

I d like to give an update. I spoke with Management and I m satisfied with how they addressed and handled my Concerns in a timely manner. Great Job Laura.. Thank You Again.

Kids loved it!!! Can't wait to come back when weather is better outside. Even on rainy days it's perfect for the kids and family!!

Great staff. Gotta say i was surprised and impressed. Some of the machines or games were broken but they had a nice selection and they were attentive. I'd recommend the arcade at least, it was the only thing we tried so far. The other activities looked cool for summer though.

I took a party of 9 to Boomers for my twin girls birthday.
Only two of the bumper boats worked and one stopped working in the middle of the ride and the customer needed to be fished out.
Half the video games didn't work and the ones that did kept eating our coins.
The outside carousel wasn't working.
The truck ride didn't work.
No one was running the roller coaster.

The only rides that worked was tea cups, golf, and go carts.

My friends & I brought our kids to this place & we all had a great time . The rides , the rock climbing & playing golf was a great experience! I would def return again.

I kinda liked this place. I loved the rides outside! They are a lot of fun. But the downside is that so many inside games are out of business. Also the weird dancing animals are pointless. And the employees were kinda nasty and the bathrooms smell like kitty litter! Eww! I don't recommend this place!

Broken and out of service equipment! Most arcade machines besides being seriously dated, they ate our money. Staff replaced the money but never investigated or put sign on the games. I didnt see a park manager to address my concerns. Long lines to buy tickets. Why couldn't I just give money directly to the ride operator or have kiosk?
There's 1 entire attraction missing. They need to replace it.
Prices do not yield a bargain. The train ride was nice. The gokart was nice.
This place has a lot missed opportunities. We are going to the other park on it. 112.

Took my 10 and 8 yr old last minute to Boomers. Staff was so nice! They allowed went above and beyond. Nathan s was delicious! The workers at bumper boats and go carts were the best! My girls went on the rock wall so many times! We lost tokens in the machine and they immediately replaced them. Thank you Boomers!

Great place especially for toddlers. Lots of great little rides for active little ones. We have a blast every time we go.

It s a really cool place for kids if all the rides are working. The staff is good the only issue i have is that it s a little too pricey and doesn t offer much. The food wait is a bit long and the food came out cold.

Literally the worst children s place EVER!! Games broken (steal your tokens and the ones that did work didnt pay out the tickets that you won) one ride operator for all the rides so you had to wait for him to finish one ride then come over to yours. One employee working the front desk, prize counter, kitchen, and children's parties. Was waiting for 15mins just to buy tokens after a while I walked by the kitchen to see if i could find someone and both employees (when i realized there was more than one employee she was just hiding the entire time) were hiding in the kitchen playing on their phones. I would not recommend this place to anyone or ever return.

I would have given this zero stars if possible. If you want to waste your Saturday afternoon, because they aren't open Saturday night, go to Boomers.

I love the place but the the service needs improvement

I ordered a a burger, corns dogs and burger, for thecgrandkids and myself, the place was next to empty , had to wait almost 40 minutes.
Worse everthing was barley warm,, by now the crowd was growing at the counter do to the slow service so after waiting for 4o minutes we didn't even bother to go back to the counter.
If you can avoid this place, avoid it.

Most of the arcade games do not work or they do not print out your earned tickets. Oh and Be prepared to wait for someone to operate a ride. It seems like there is one operator working 2 or 3. However the staff is extremely accommodating and really nice.

The games never work. Lazy staff, not worth your money. Go to Dave and Busters instead

My family and I visited this place yesterday; we purchased the Champ passes because the website looked great. The staff were friendly however this place suck!! Not worth the price. The roller coaster wasn t working. Not many rides to choose from.
We will not be visiting this place again.

This place sucks. I don't recommend it to anyone. Whether its spending a couple of hrs or doing a party. Prices are ridiculous you are better off going to adventure land. Staff gave total of points for tickets and was totally off not the right amount. This place is RUN very poorly.

Terrible and a waste of money.

The staff looked miserable. There s 3 rides. And if you have a child and want to make them feel comfortable on a ride you have to buy a ticket as well. I tried to get on the little train with my sister so she wasn t alone and couldn t ride Bc I didn t purchase the 26$ bracelet. DISGUSTING. Don t waste your time or money. They should close down already. Ripping people off

Most of the rides were closed and not working. Very dirty and food was way overpriced. Most of the video games were broken. If possible I would give one star. Don't waste your time.

Friendly staff, we bought tickets from groupon and spent the day. The kids ran from ride to ride like they owned the place because it was very empty.

We had a great time and will likely be back.

First go cart ride for my kids. It was fun for them.

My Boomers experience was an awful one, the website is accurate and should not be depended upon for reliable facts such as opening/ closing hours. Customer service is lacking quality, the cleanliness of Boomers is horrendous with trash everywhere and dirty conditions. If there is a zero star option I would have rated Boomers as such.

I had my oldest daughter 6th birthday party here in 2011 and we had such an amazing time that I decided to give my second daughter her 6th birthday party here. I brought my own tables clothes, napkins, plates and treat cups. I also brought 5 balloons that coincided with my daughters theme. The hostess blew up 3 out of 5 balloons when another party hostess came over and said that she couldn t blow the remaining 2 balloons, I asked to speak to the general manager and the party hostess came back and informed me that the General Manager said that her answer is still going to be no but if I wanted that she would come over when she was available. Long story short the GM came over and said that because of company policy and a helium shortage they couldn't blow up the remaining small balloons and she would talk to the rude hostess about how she handled the situation. I traveled and hour to get her, chartered a bus and gave this place free advertisement because most of my parents never heard of this place. I will NEVER come back here and for the record the party hostess that were responsible for hosting my daughter party were exceptional. The hostess that was rude, I just learned is a supervisor. Disgusting!

Great place for the family!! Clean and helpful staff!!!

My 12 and 15 year old grandsons went today. Theu really enjoyed the go karting more than anything else as well as thr mini golf and bumper boats. The rock climbing was also good. Yhe rest was for younger kids. They both had a great time!!

(A lot of pictures left here are from the outside of Boomers!) Anyway I was dragged to my cousins party and me being the only teen there I realized the toll this place took. It s time to say goodbye. Many of the arcade machines were from the 90s or early 2000s and need to be updated. They consistently steal my money and employees didn t bother to help. Not to mention the place reeking of the smell of p**s.

Ok so I went to this place a few weeks ago to go with my friends. The bumper boat things were going less then a 1 mph and the staff was incredibly rude to me and my friends in the go kart track. The reason was because an adult and her kid bumped into me and the employees blamed me. The arcade sucked, the good games were broken. Although the go karting and rock climbing was actually pretty fun, I wouldn t go here again

Fun place. Go karts were great, bumper boats, come on. I can't think of another place that has bumper boats.

Like something from the 1970's. Rides are ancient. Mini golf is small, uncreative and unkempt. Water facilities not active and don't look close to being so. Small arcade with half the games not working properly. Hard to locate and very few people there.

My family and I went to Boomers and everyone had a great time. My husband and bigger kids enjoyed the go carts and the smaller children enjoyed the rides. The majority of the games in the Arcade room were either unplugged or not working but the staff were readily available to replace the tokens.

Most of the arcade games are not working, and some rides are out as well. Not enough for kids and grown up alike

Really really bad dont waste your time and money. No games worked 2 rides open the go karts were slow were my 6 year old said it. The best part of it was leaving.

there were a few games that we not working but they quick to refund the tokens and also fix the band they could.

Price for the party was very reasonable!

Six hours ago, I just came from this place. And this place sucks.
When I first enter into the building, I started to sweat in 5 minutes. You can't just have a place hot like this.
When I had to use the bathroom, it sure smells in there. The floor is sticky, there is no paper towels, the toilets are dirty, and there's is barely any soap.
In the cafeteria, the seats and floor are dirty. In one of the seat there was gum and I sat on it. Now lets talk about the food. The food is not that bad. But it's just that the refreshments and food are expensive.
This is what totally ticked me off. The Arcade games. The arcade is far from good. One: Most of the games are either broken or broken (70%), or doesn't give tickets or the right amount of tickets (10%). Also, Boomer's need to upgrade their arcade . Arcade companies have new games such as Jurassic Park, Mario Kart, and Batman. When you want to cash your tickets, they don't have anything but whack stuff. They have stuff such as video games/consoles, plush toys, key chains.
But the good things that I like about Boomers is outside (kiddy rides, batting cages, go-karts, miniature golf, and bumper boats). The outdoor attractions are actually fun.

So that's it's. My final score is 45%= 2.25 stars.

Very small and no rides were open. My daughter couldn't go on anything cause all rides open were for younger children

Gave 3 stars because it's always atleast 2 rides down one main ride is always the rollercoaster and boomers always give the same excuse shut down due to maintenance. My kids look forward to roller coaster but its hardly never up & running and u dont get a discount on tickets due to some of the rides not running

The lines for the tickets was ridiculous. The cashier just stood there no communication no apologies.

Friendly staff and some fun stuff to do but I saw two go karts and two games break while I was there...

Great for the kids n family for a Lil Sunday Funday definitely will go again plus my boys loved the Go-Karts

I went there with my 12 year old daughter and my friend with her 12 year old and 3 year old.. We bought the $19.99 tickets which included everything! Well, most of the rides were closed, the 3 year wouldn't go alone and wasn't allowed on rides without an adult (and we had flip flops-no riding for us). The token machines didn't work or if they did, didn't give tickets. It was a very stressful day. I honestly don't know how this place lasted so long.

Great fun, the kids had so much fun, and the adults had a great time!! We will definitely go back

Three of the major rides were broken. NO AC in the facility (85 degrees outside). More than 50% of arcade games were broken. Dirty facilities. Rude management. Closing time was advertised online 8:00, then was told they decided to close at 5:00 that day and they hadn't "updated the website." Would never return.

the last time I was there my fathers car keys went missing and he asked a guy to help him look and the guy had the keys and would not give it to him horrible horrible experience would never come back and ESPECIALLY random KIDS TRYING TO BLOW OUT MY FIVE YEAR OLD BROTHER AND THE KIDS WHERE ELEVEN worst place in the world.

Absolutely horrible. Missing attendants at rides. No air conditioning. Video games broken.

Train wasn't available and the eating area wasn't the cleanest, but no lines and the mini golf course was nice. The workers were super nice and helpful.

No amusements other than interior carousel until 4 pm.Machines out. No credit cards or ATM due to outage, no backup plan. The Staff however was AWESOME!

Our friends made their daughter's birthday. A place that is worth visiting. We enjoy the whole family. You find a lot of variety of games without having to make long lines. Amazing!!!

This place is absolutely disgusting and completely rundown. Absolutely nothing works in their arcade and the attendants on the rides are not paying attention whatsoever and usually about 50 feet away from the ride they are assigned to. Don t bother wasting your money or time, and even worse, don t get your kids excited about this place only to be completely let down. It s a hole. They should be ashamed of themselves and whoever is running the place should walk away and let someone else who cares get that place back up to par. We won t be back until then.

My step-son loves to go here so we do. However there are more broken video games with each visit. And by broken I don't mean an ''OUT OF ORDER" sign. By broken I mean: I lose tokens in the process of discovering for myself that the game is broken. I gave an extra star because they fixed a few since my last visit. Hopefully they have more fixed the next time I go and I can give another star.

Took my grandson and nephew there for his birthday...they had a GREAT time!!! Manager and staff were very friendly. After reading bad reviews, I'm glad I checked it out for myself. You can't always believe everything you read!! I will definitely be going back!!

This place is really fun to go to! Even though some of the arcade games didn't work,but it's still something me and my family love! It also suck that so many people keep on saying bad reports of the place but I don't really think of It as a problem. Keep up the good work!

Although a number of the rides are typically either Unmanned or closed we always find enough to make my daughter very happy. The proximity to our house easy parking and severe lack of waiting on lines definitely makes Boomers worth the price and trip. We ll keep coming back.

The animatronics show isn't working, I didn't get to see the Legendary Underdog.
