Really awesome place and great people who take care of you for any of your photo/video rental needs. There have been a few occasions where they took off the cost of small items and it was such a nice gesture. They are friendly and they always get back to us really fast in times when we need to rent very last-minute.

When I think of great customer service, I can't help but think about Bolt. Of course they have great gear that is very well maintained, but my favorite thing is the service. They have an amazing team, and I can speak with anyone there and know that I will get knowledgeable advice and fantastic customer service. I cannot recommend them enough!
