Bold Roofing was very responsive to my request for a roof inspection. Bold replaced my roof and did an excellent job with every aspect of the new install. It is over a year since contract for hail repairs was signed and I'm still trying to have the last of the work properly completed. The project manager has not been on top of what needed to be done, I had to constantly keep track, remind and refer him back to the contract. It seems expecting correct, quality and on time work is asking too much. Will not be recommending them to anyone as a contractor.
We worked with John W from Bold Roofing. We went in a little cautious, not knowing what to expect. Immediately, he put our mind to rest with his approach and detailed explanation. It was a conversation as opposed to dealing with a salesman. I was impressed he was listening though he was the expert. He went on to suggest ways we can improve the needs and was able to fit our initial dates quite quickly.
We were even more impressed by his results despite some reluctance from some ideas he presented. It is so good to deal with someone who believes in their ideas and allowing you as the customer to have input.

Bold Roofing has just completed installing a new roof following extensive damage from the tornado. It is replacing the roof they installed over 10 years ago. During the interim they have inspected, repaired and generally kept our roof worry free. They are the very best. Bob Stevens couldn't have been more helpful and caring if he were part of the family. All the employees were knowledgeable, conscientious and hard working. We love Bold Roofing and can't recommend them high enough.
