I have always thought that when someone puts a negative review it is out of impulse, anger, and that it has no value, until it is your turn,
I do not understand the company's policy based on the product and not on the customer, the products can be sold by any company, but that they buy from you, as a company, and that they recommend you is based on a good customer experience, which in this case has not been so. All the steps from the purchase until you have the product at home are that experience and have to be supervised by the company, and make sure of it, so that it has a positive impact on your company, that is what I recommend to Bodeboca SL that is not Faith of who is in charge of delivering their products, which in the end is who the customer sees, I do not recommend it.

Not necessarily to receive an order it has to be in your name, as is my case, it was not in my name, but it has hurt me having to carry the order to my house, if a good monitoring of the shipments were really made , such as making one for you, logically to another address or believing the clients themselves when they make a complaint, I think the result would be more real and satisfactory for all
