While pulling up to the drive through to place an order, I had to say hello before the employee said, she was waiting on me. No hello, may I take your order or anything. I finally place my order and pull around to the window to pay and as rude with no customer service skills. Hardee's in Denmark SC. They won't get anymore of my business. This was Saturday, August 15 around 650pm.
I love Hardee's chicken and biscuits, but my experience at the Indian River store, #1503207 this evening has soured me on ever ordering there again. The cashier, Alece, asked us to wait 10 minutes for the chicken to finish cooking and park off to the side. She said she would bring our order to us. My husband and I waited over 25 minutes. When he went inside to find out what happened to our order, the staff said they had never been given the order! My husband had to show them his receipt in order to convince the staff they were wrong. When we got the chicken home, we realized they had given us 8 pieces instead of 10! I called, and the manager Dina, did offer us another 10 pieces which we picked up later. This is not the first time we have received mixed up orders and poor service at this location. I will still eat Hardee's chicken, but I am tired of the hassles we have had at this store. At the present time, I plan on taking my business elsewhere.
Been in there numerous times you have one female manager is always rude to customers and fellow employees. Went in there this time and I don't think I can go back they screwed my order up twice I finally ate at the second time cuz I was starving and I'm a diabetic and to the rude way she talked to those customers and then was behind the back counter and you could still hear her talking about him was very unbelievable. this is the Hardee's in colonial Heights on the boulevard Jeff Davis highway. Approximately 10:42 a.m. on a Sunday afternoon. This needs to be looked into this manager is going to be not too good a thing for your store
I worked at the Mercury blvd. Hardee's in Hampton Va. From 1982 to 1985 (during high school) I have fond memories from that time. Also when visiting my brother-in-law's in Missouri for Christmas (2015). Stopped by a Hardee's and had a Mushroom Burger. It's still tasted the same after all these years and
steak egg and cheese biscuits are still the best. Unfortunately here in Rochester NY we don't have a Hardee's. So I look forward to stopping by
when we come across a Hardee's. Keep up the good work!
I have got to write a review basically because I was so astonished and it was breathtaking to see what I already knew. I work for BNE , and I attended the corporate office for a class and a gentleman from the technical department literally jogged to the door to open for me even though he was going a total opposite direction I think his name was Chuck .... I just wanted to say I am blessed to have the privilege to work for a company who is God fearing and considerate of others !!! There are some wonderful people that you don t meet everyday, but has a beautiful soul!!
I used to love Boddie Noell managed hardees. We have been visiting hardees frequently ever since they introduced the beyond sausage and burgers to their menus. As pescetarians it was a much appreciated to be able to order something tasty and protein filled for breakfast. We learned this past Sunday that Boddie Noell locations have eliminated the beyond Sausage from their menu entirely without advance notice. Meanwhile, other franchises still serve the sausage. Very disappointed.
The Hardee's location in Farmville VA, needs some help! This has to be the slowest resturant in the state! Where is the management here?
I would come to work early and would fill in on my day off, I would still be working there today if a manager would have been more courteous and respectful than to accuse hard working honest employees each individually in the office of stealing a case of frozen roast beef . It was quite obvious they miss counted during delivery check in or inventory but this fell on deaf ears. that was thirty eight years ago and i still cannot believe a good crew was sacrificed and insulted in this way!!!!

Your original roast beef sandwich , two for $5.00 is terrible. It is nothing like the original. No meat ,if I knew how to add pictures I would. Poor excuse of a roast beef sandwich.

Worst experience at your Hardee's on the corner of Ramsey St. And Andrews Rd. I realize construction is going on but did everyone lose their minds?? Biscuit was cold and hard. The sausage was nearly burnt and barely warm. Drive through person was rude and we ordered a couple things and gives us a drink and forgot biscuit and ask us what we are waiting on. I threw the biscuit out and I had s VA appointment. You can dress up the place but incompetent workers are the problem. Second time this had happened. Timers, I guess, are ignored. I wouldn't have feed it to my dog. How long was sausage and biscuits kept?? I worked for Hardee's almost 13 years and service is shot.

The Thomasville NC location use to be great.There is something wrong there now..you can't get the correct food and it takes FOREVER to get your food going through the drive thru..Ridiculous..today was the straw that broke the camel's back..I'm done with that store..Worst Hardees around in my opinion..

The location on West Pine Street in Mount Airy has good food when they get your order correct during the daytime hours...out of the last three orders I have gotten there something has either been missing or completely incorrect. The night time staff puts food in microwave and Zapps it until even the dogs won't/can't eat it... I called on Friday when I got the total wrong thing I was charged for and had receipt the mgr on duty was very nice and stated she would refund my money. I call to see if it is ok that I come to get my refund and they say we can only give you a new item....i do not want a new item I want my money like I was told....get it right people everyone makes mistakes but geez this is recurring over and over.
Do not eat at the Williamson Rd. (Hollins) Roanoke location. This place is FILTHY both inside the restaurant and outside in the parking lot. Either the management doesn't care or the health department is looking the other way
Great company actually cares about their people shows in their food their atmosphere and in their employees.
Dont work for this company. Dont patronize this company. They claim to be a Christian company but they are not! They abuse their employees. They make them work long hours, no breaks, no lunch breaks, They refuse to allow their employees to take their earned vacations or pay them for it. Then they take away the vacation days without paying them.
This is not the actions of a Christian company.
The Angier location is slow as molasses in winter. The music is always so loud you can't think and the selection is nerve wracking. Food is standard Hardee's quality and the place is clean. In three visits my order was correct once.
I visited the Hollins Hardees last weekend right after breakfast therefore they said there were no biscuits left. So I though well a burger would really be fresh so I ordered 2 for myself and my dog, We were asked to pull around and wait for our food. We waited 10mins in line with several other cars. When I finally got our order the buns were hard and the meat tasted like it was a day old. My dog would not even eat hers. The fries were not fresh and I had asked for fresh ones when I ordered. I am so fed up with this Hardees and will not be going back there again. They need to find people who care what they send out of that store. Obviously the employees there now do not care.
