Bobs Pizza Plus Review

Gettin pretty pricey for some replusing pizza. A worker there was very disrespectful although there was a very hard working native man there, he made my day better when was the good there was trasg!

Customer service was rude and lacking. Pizza was terrible! Cheese bread was good but .75 for ranch and it is small. Do not ever remember it being this bad. They are now also asking for .50 to refill your fountain soda that is over 1.50!!!!! Do not recommend and will not be going back!

Delicious pizza and calzones! Prices are outrageously cheap.

Pizza is good, staff needs more training on helping their customers. We had to remind them that we had a second pizza we were waiting for.

I agree with some of the others in that the pizza is not particularly fresh or tasty, and the slices are expensive given their ultra-low quality. I had a slice at 10:30a, which is just half an hour after they opened, and it was really mangy. Will not be returning.

I used to go here in High School, my my has it changed, over priced combos are just the start of what is known today as "Bob's Pizza Plus." I get it, what more could I really expect from a pizza place in the mall, but for what I paid, and the flavor I had to put up with, I will never be looking in the direction of Bob's Pizza Plus ever again. 6 dollars more is all it takes for a wonderful pizza from MR Pizza Company and I highly suggest anyone looking for fresh tasting authentic pizza to go there.

Lmao asked for the fresh cheese bread and the kid working told me he had to serve the old stuff first which looked like it had sat there all day. I thought about telling him that I would go somewhere else but he already plated them so I thought maybe they wouldn't be bad. Boy was I wrong. They were nasty, cold, hard as a rock, hardly had any cheese. So if you like warm fresh food this isn't the place. Pretty sure they were violating some health codes I'm never going back and probably won't get my $6 back. Terrible customer service and even worse food.

Ignore the bad reviews. They're under new management now, and the pizza is really good. The new manager is nice and makes sure the food is fresh.

I really want to like this place, but the prices are high and the pizza feels and tastes old. I've tried it often and I almost pass by it daily, but it just isn't really worth my time or money.

Great staff, Great Pizza. Convenient and fast if you are in the area. Might nickel and dime on some things but I'll take that to keep the place open.

The lady at the counter was rude and just kinda threw the pizza at me and when I asked what kinds of pizza they had she said that I can just go look for myself in a way that made it feel like she was going out of her way to be rude. When I did look at the pizza it looked like it had been sitting there for the whole day. Then as soon as I got the food and went to fill my drink she left the store like she had better things to do. I do not recommend to anyone.

Went and bought some breadsticks told cashier I wanted ranch and marinara. Gave me total rang me out and then said she forgot to charge me for the ranch. Made me do a second transaction for 75 cents... charges for refills even though its $1.50 to begin with. Rude service.

I have been here a few times and always have a typical experience, however today I was greeted with the best customer service I have had in awhile and I was very pleased with my experience!

Pretty decent pizza with fresh made dough. It's a little thick and I hope they get a thin crust soon. The help is friendly and outgoing. The price is right on for what you get.

It tastes disgusting, and the foods old. Over priced and I regret ever coming in. Don't do it.

i have never met a ruder employee in my entire life. she was an older oriental woman and she threw the pizza on the counter to where the pizza fell off the plate then slammed the cash register and walked away. my friend wanted more pizza and the employee said what?!! . while we ate she did the same thing to other costumers. everyone i know always say not to go there because of her i don t recommend

They Don t wear gloves between handling money and food, owners are super disrespectful do yourself a favor and skip em.

Literally the greatest piece of pizza I've ever had! The dough is freshly made every day and you really can tell

Dined in, rude service. Food looked old and seemed it had been sitting out for a few hours. Floors weren t swept, under-table was dirty.

Inexpensive pizza but good for the money and ready to go for the most part.
