Good place, .... not happy with recruiter .. didn't give any proper feedback..

Hii frnds pls dont go this consultancy....working employee in this consultancy that person name santosh he is charged money for fake job assurance at interview time....and moreover this is fake consultancy....worst worst company i have seen.... my time and money also waste....pls action for that employee his name santhosh(fake hr) u foolish bob tech management

This is the waste company and this is not a company it's just training centre don't waste time

It's not a IT company.. It's similar to consultancy where they give training on communication skills for free of cost and help in recruitment Of HCL.. So they provide training and later send them for interview in HCL..

No process followed, no ethics , no work culture nothing.

Good one for freshers. .. 3 Stars because of communication gaps when located at client place

In Naukri they posted for fresher but when I visited there that reception guy says only for experience candidates they wasted my time.

The HR lady was not just good only in her beauty but really helpful.

I tried to contact the current HR of this company as I'm an ex-employee and need work reference letter. But the company location has been moved it seems as I dont see any board and the company land line no does not connect at all. The people who were working in 2016 do not work here currently can anyone help with the HR contact please

Very Very worst company.They are not given My final settlement and not credited my EPF.It is a money hunger consultant.They eat all my variable also.

Don't wast your time here.
They don't boughter about you.
Only they will call you in morning after that nothing.

It's been more than 4 months they haven't paid off the settlement amount.
They don't acknowledge/reply mails or answer calls..
Their management keeps changing and nobody is taking an action.

Such a worst they will not settle final settlement

Giving 1 star only because of non availability of zero star.It is not a IT company it is just a fake consultancy.In my opinion the person sitting there is a fraud.Please dont trust any job recruitment from their end, it just can lead into your waste of money and time.I had most worst experience there!!!

My first company.i worked here for 2years.It is the best company where i learnt many things which lead me to a successful career.

MUST READ .Itz worst outsourcing company..first of all it is nt a company I feel, simply they will waste our time just to learn about English (communication), simply they will take assessment like children's and they are judging based on that, at the beginning they will tell der is no fees for training& the training is for only 15,25 dayz but they will take upto 4,5 months..they will make a Batch in dat minimum 30-40 members will b der,nly 2,3 will select, even you select the process is very slow again to give location they made us to wait,so almost we wasted 6,7 months in fake Bob....once u select and started wrk in any company watevr b ur salary there they will take 4k-5k for every month from ur salary.so my suggeste is to plzz dnt waste your time here.this is not a fake rewie ..itz wat we experienced.

plz Read...bob tech solution is not a company at all.....there is only one person....he is providing only basic communication skill...and told that they will conduct assessment test....initally they told tht they take only 15 days bt theyy will nt conduct assessment on time....theyy take 3to 4 month...its totally waste of time and money...we losted our 1month Nd money...they dnt conduct even 1 assessment on time as per they told ....they selecte students from different colleges like placement...bt thts not an it company...its like a consultancy...plz don't go there..fake company...they hve no bond with Hcl company...once u started the job they will take 4k from yr salary..so plz dnt go there....

Worst company ever. Google should give a option of zero rating. Naveen who is the CEO/DIRECTOR is totally a fraud and they are least bothered about employees. They won't pay the salary properly and they won't pay the Income tax/PF deducted from your salary to the government.
