Service and pricing great. Food homestyle .its fresh and well prepared. Good family restaurant. I actually would give this 4.5 stars..can't get the phone to do it.

As with everywhere else we've been in this area, the staff is very friendly. You'll find typical Bob Evans fare her, but the banana bread is amazing. Choose it as your bread with your entree or you're missing out.

Me and my friends are 14 and were celebrating her birthday and we didn't get checked on once. The entire time. We had to repeatedly ask for refills, jelly, they even left off my side. The treated us badly because we were young and they probably assumed we wouldn't tip. I don't recommend.

The absolute best breakfast you will eat this side of North America IMHO. Food is always hot and fresh and made to order...My favorite are the blueberry crepes and eggs on the side...the coffee is outstanding along with the excellent waitstaff.

I found a green bean in my son's mash tater!
I found some black mystery item in my friend pork and mash taters! Iam taken it all back to them in just a few and they can give my money back! Ohh the corn u cant even chew it's so hard and dried out!

Food was cool had a new sever she was doing great but her trainer needs some customer service skills and here is a picture of my pie I got to take home what a mess

Food seems to be better than the one in Rio. Across the board Bob's isn't what it used to be, but this location still can prepare a decent meal. Staff tend to be pretty good at this one.

We were a larger partyseated promptly and well taken care of. Server was friendly and food was great.

Waitress was a little confused taking the order, forgot to bring the coffee that was ordered, but corrected in a timely manner and the rest of the visit was pleasant. Nice down home atmosphere. Would recommend.

Love this place! Food is always good... but sometimes it's not depending on the time of day !

Good quality food and great service. I enjoyed a fried chicken Cobb salad with blue.cheese dressing and blue cheese crumbles. It was delicious and more than enough. Always a good stop.

Service was ok, but we were tremendously overcharged on our bill. We brought it to the cashier's attention and she got the manager. The manager was very rude and acted like she was being inconvenienced. She briefly glanced at the receipt and walked away. We paid almost double what our actual bill should have been because she refused to adjust the check. My family and I will not return to this restaurant and any manager like this one should not have a job.

Bob Evan's most times is a step up from perkins and dennys... the mrs loves to go there when we are on cities that have them. Although this time they were out of the fried chicken which is exceptionally good at be. But in their defense we were the last table of the night. The service did everything to make up for it... with free side upgrades and attentive service.

The food was hot and fresh. But no colonial dressing. It's their signature salad dressing. Why would you be out?

Poor service. The waitress treated us like she was doing us a favor every time we asked for something, including coffee refills. Had to wait 20 mins for a to-go box - finally had to get up & asked a manager for it. Will need a LOOONG time before we go back...if ever!

Friendly staff, were able to accommodate our medium sized group, even with covid, spreading our tables out. We were sharing a meal together after a funeral, so it was nice the staff wasn't too picky about all of us mostly sitting at one table. For around 12 of us, we had one whole side of the restraint to ourselves. Everything was clean, food was hot & good.

Was put on hold the first time for 7minutes hung up called back put on hold for 6minutes. Hung up called back third time on hold for 4minutes. Finally ordered and told be ready in 5 minutes. Arrived in 10 minutes and the order was not ready for another 25minutes. It was just soup. Very disappointed in the service.

This was my first time at a Bob Evans in a very long time. It was fantastic, the food was fresh and well cooked. Good quality. Great service too, very friendly. Cant wait to go back.

Worst, omelette ever...anywhere! Hash browns were less than half, a typical order. We eat at Bob Evans at home, they would never have plated what we were served.

Not busy, service was slow, food not cooked properly. Bad experience.

I got the pot roast as usual. The gravy was watery and lumpy. It was made from a powder. The carrots were raw. I couldn't even get a fork in them. They weren't even cooked with the meat. The waiter wanted to know if I wanted the carrots cooked.

I'm from North Carolina. This place rocks. Great hot dogs

I have never seen so many people complain about having to work especially in food service the person who I'm assuming was the manager the entire 45 minutes that I was there eating was standing at the counter talking to somebody eating what appeared not to be Bob Evans food
The same manager also yelled across the entire restaurant for a waitress to tell her something this manager I think also has a bad attitude towards their employees

One of my family's favorite places to eat! The people are great and so is the food!

The wait staff was friendly but the service was somewhat slow. They made my order incorrectly and it took a long time to get my food even tho they weren't busy.

Dirty silverware, dirty glasses. Took over 30 minutes for food but I overheard kitchen staff say they weren't busy at all.

Food was ok. Was very unhappy that the broccoli soup was removed from the menu. Also that the chocolate silk pie was gone. You need better steak choices.

Near the site of the first Bob Evan's, this unit excels in bring country food and country service to its customers. Located near the Gallipois exit off Route 35 makes it a convenient stop for travelers.
I eat at the counter, which allows me to talk with staff and customers while eating. Ordered a wonderful pot roast. Banana bread was one of the bread selections and a personal favorite.
The servers were attentive and efficient. Overall this proved a great experience.

Food is pretty good, service generally garbage lately. Walk in for breakfast, not helped. Two more couples walkcin behind us, they end up getting helped first. Order drinks, order food, finish tiny 12oz glass of OJ before food get here... never refilled, 20min later and still empty. Gunna walk to gas station to get me a drink.

Good food, great service. Value priced. We stopped here on our way home from a vacation. We wanted a quick meal and to get back on the road. This location fit that bill perfectly!

Their turkey dinner was good. Short wait time to be seated.
