Disappointing Service and Lack of Support from BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions

My experience with BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions has been far from satisfactory, leaving me no option but to rate their service as 1 out of 5 stars.

Dealing with their customer service has been a frustrating endeavour. The communication process has been slow and inefficient, with my specific queries and issues often ignored, leading to unresolved matters that only serve to amplify the dissatisfaction. The response times have been remarkably delayed, despite our urgent needs.

Their interaction process, which uses agents as intermediaries instead of facilitating direct communication, has added unnecessary complications. This method has resulted in confusion and even more delays, making it difficult to find effective and prompt solutions to our issues.

The main issue lies in their handling of our equipment lease contract. Despite terminating our agreement with the telecoms provider, BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions has not recognised this termination. This stance remains, even though we have stopped using the leased equipment, leading to a frustrating deadlock.

Moreover, the company's lack of support during the global pandemic was disheartening. During this unprecedented crisis, where flexibility and understanding were paramount, we received no assistance from BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions. The absence of aid during such a challenging period was a true disappointment.

My experience with BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions has fallen far short of the fair and efficient business practices that one expects in the professional sphere. This review is a call for immediate improvements in their service delivery. Unfortunately, until I see evidence of such changes, I cannot recommend their services.

I agree with the last review. How can you run a business that is not taking phone calls. All I am simply trying to do is get an early settlement figure or a reduction in charges which are a big con. On the 14 October I was told they would get back to me in the next few days. Have emailed them since and still no response from them.

I am now going to write to the FSA and file a complaint.

I can only quote from our experience with BNP Leasing. We have a Ford Transit L3H3 which had its injectors replaced 8 times in 22,000 miles (2 years). Ford have been hopeless all the way through and impossible to deal with. In desperation we contacted BNP who we lease the van through and Jo took up our cause on our behalf. At all times, even through COVID, she has been a delight to deal with and professional. As a result of her getting involved directly with Ford, Ford agreed to replace the engine and all the associated parts and extend the warranty for a further year. I don't believe there is any way we would have had the same response without Jo and BNP fighting our corner. We are very grateful for their help - then and subsequently.

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for you to update...

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for you to update your system and remove the finance marker on 3 of my vehicles and still nothing. I ve emailed multiple times and tried to ring I now cannot sell my vehicles because they are showing outstanding finance. You are a joke of a company. Anyone thinking about using them AVOID. My previous review prompted a reply from BNP Paribas that someone would contact me. They did not. How on earth can you run a finance service without your phone lines operating? I will be referring you to the FSC over your complete lack of support and your failure to keep your phone lines open whilst still taking on new business. You are damaging our small business. This leasing company lends money to other companie...

This leasing company lends money to other companies who then sell you a service (as themselves but under writing is BNP Paribas) knowing that if they do not deliver the services they really don't have to because this bank will make your lives hell. If you see any paperwork with this companies name on it RUN!!!

BNP Paribas are not answering their telephones and have not over 3 months, there is an automated message which tells you that contact is only possible via email. I have emailed a simple request and this has not been replied to. This company is not coping well with remote working and I would suggest you should avoid taking a lease with BNP Paribas if you can.

Basically when a contract comes to the end, they are not removing vehicles from the finance registry so you can't sell them. we settled finance on a Vehicle and nearly 2 months later we still cannot sell it because BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions is basically closed.
