Disappointing Service and Lack of Support from BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions
My experience with BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions has been far from satisfactory, leaving me no option but to rate their service as 1 out of 5 stars.
Dealing with their customer service has been a frustrating endeavour. The communication process has been slow and inefficient, with my specific queries and issues often ignored, leading to unresolved matters that only serve to amplify the dissatisfaction. The response times have been remarkably delayed, despite our urgent needs.
Their interaction process, which uses agents as intermediaries instead of facilitating direct communication, has added unnecessary complications. This method has resulted in confusion and even more delays, making it difficult to find effective and prompt solutions to our issues.
The main issue lies in their handling of our equipment lease contract. Despite terminating our agreement with the telecoms provider, BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions has not recognised this termination. This stance remains, even though we have stopped using the leased equipment, leading to a frustrating deadlock.
Moreover, the company's lack of support during the global pandemic was disheartening. During this unprecedented crisis, where flexibility and understanding were paramount, we received no assistance from BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions. The absence of aid during such a challenging period was a true disappointment.
My experience with BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions has fallen far short of the fair and efficient business practices that one expects in the professional sphere. This review is a call for immediate improvements in their service delivery. Unfortunately, until I see evidence of such changes, I cannot recommend their services.
