My previous review prompted a reply from BNP Paribas that someone would contact me. They did not. How on earth can you run a finance service without your phone lines operating? I will be referring you to the FSC over your complete lack of support and your failure to keep your phone lines open whilst still taking on new business. You are damaging our small business.
