I came in to interview this group to determine whether I'd like to use them for my taxes. While I was talking to one of the accountants the head of the firm came in and introduced himself, informing me that he'd be reviewing her work when she was done. I asked what his rate was, because I didn't want to pay two people for one job. He named an hourly rate that was about twice hers as I remember. So I asked for my documents and left. Then I received a bill later for $375 even though they did literally no work for me.
