All around very pleasant experience. Came from outside of CT to test drive a car which I ultimately did purchase. The appointment was prompt. There was a very calm and laid back atmosphere in the dealership. My sales advisor Jeremy took all necessary time to allow me to test drive the car. He answered all of my questions and did his best to accommodate any requests. I never felt pressured and everyone was extremely professional throughout the process.

We recently purchased our 2017 BMW X3 from BMW of Darien. Sebastian Mortenson was wonderful and helped us every step of the way with our out of state purchase. I would highly recommend. Just one note, if you do opt to have them register for you, the third party system that they use takes up to three months. Sebastian timely provided us with updated temporary registrations, so it wasn't a problem, but it is something to keep in mind. With that said, the paperwork was done perfectly so it was a breeze to handle.

Typically, I am reluctant to post reviews, however, to do so in this case would be a huge disservice. My car, which is nearly 150,000 miles, was in need of repair. I was nervous about the source of the problem and the imminent bill. BMW of Darien took my vehicle in on an emergency basis, even though they could not assess/service for a couple of days. Thankfully, everything was covered under warranty. Even though my car is nearly 15 years old, they treated it and me with the utmost respect and dignity. They were honest about what I shouldn't do based on the age/condition of the car and did not try to upsell me. Moreover, they sent me a video of the car during an inspection and pointed out things to consider. I really appreciated the video. My car's gas tank was on empty prior to dropping off and they even added gas...saving me from having to stop in monsoon like conditions when I picked it up. I do bypass another BMW dealership to commute to this one which is about 18 miles away. Why? Because they're worth it!

Steve was professional, knowledgeable and treated me with respect, courtesy, and integrity which unfortunately is rare nowadays. My car was in for over a week for a reasonable amount of repair work and some regular maintenance. Additional issues were found and also added to the work. My service advisor was very accommodating and willing to explain all the work done clearly reasonable. He is extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him for service. I had a great experience once again! Thank you!
