Your goofy short door monitors need to have respect for your guest. Short Hispanic man no manners at all .Then you get these employee walking around with their mask not covering their noses ,but the insist you cover yours! Double standard! Poor customer service Baylor Scott!!!
I just had my 1st surgery ever @ Baylor Scott and White Uptown (October 7th). I want to give Special Thanks to my surgeon, Dr. Syed and his team (Amy Evans PA, Dr. Nelson, Nurse Jessica) for doing a fantastic job. I also want to thank Irma (Registration desk) for the warm welcome, my day/night nurses Val and Bridgette, Diane (patient coordinator), Jan (medical history), Victoria (Nurse in Pre-OP) very friendly, Vickie (Breathing tech), Crystal (tech),
Joey ((OT), Tesh (PT), and Carmen (case manager) for ALL the wonderful care they gave to me and extended to my mother. You ALL made this a positive experience for me by staying true to Baylor Scott and White Uptown mission: (to treat me as your own family member)

My wife is experiencing severe abdominal pain and after being sent here from urgent care we did not expect or deserve the horrible treatment that was given, the people were indifferent, rude confrontational and 1 , brian was even adversarial and very threatening, this is a horrible place and the people at the desk for emergency services should be immediately replaced, it's not bad enough for them that she is here in exscrusiating pain, the 3 of them had to hang up on her and try to get her to leave, this hopefully wasnt a mistake trusting this place, but it doesnt look good from here, I hope this place figures out what customer service is, because trust is important when it comes to the people treating you.
Bridgette, Ramiro, Christina, Nina, Crystal, and some others that I'm sure I'm forgetting to list are all amazing people who made me weekend stay great. They were very helpful going above and beyond their requirements to make sure I was okay and I appreciate that. Also the food is really good too. This is a wonderful center. The whole staff are all excellent and made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous and had high anxiety about my surgery and they made the process as easy as possible. There is a patient advocate that ensured my wife was updated and taken care of while she waited for me. The chicken soup they sent home with me was super yummy too. If you need surgery, I highly recommend Baylor Uptown.
Class A staff and facility. We were very impressed from the valet, check-in, patient advocate, nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. Le. We have been to many surgery centers and this is by far the best. Thank you for the great care.
Was told by a doctor here they couldn t treat me and three years later I now have a bill.
Had surgery at this location and that department is great. But I had to stay the night and my first nurse who they explained was from an agency tried to not give me my pain medications after a neck fusion with titanium screws. She didn t follow the doctors order for pain med or give me my muscle relaxer didn t so I ended up in extreme pain. Next they took my home medicine and never gave it to me on time. Some of medicines are very important to take at a very specific time and they never gave it to me at the right time plus I had to hunt them down to give it to me. I would not recommend this facility for over night stay.
i will not come back to this place..the doctor Dr. Limo (or whatever he call hisself) did not want to see my doctor to begin with! i had to convince him to see her. He had a attitude and showed no concern of what was going on with her. He had very little knowledge of the issue. Very rude! GET RID OF HIM... IMMEDIATELY!
16th surgery for my mother, excellent experience.
