Air City Lofts: If you're going to rent there, GET A UNIT ON THE TOP FLOOR OR YOU WILL BE MISERABLE! The apts are cheaply built, I live beneath one of the owners and they show absolutely no respect for the tenants below them. Loud and obnoxious.

While I was worried that what seemed like endless decisions to be made would be overwhelming, working with our selections coordinator Mary Riddervold was such a pleasure! Always prepared and ready to lend an opinion with her experienced eye, she made the process so much easier and truly enjoyable. We were equally impressed with our project manager, Ryan Dennis. He went above and beyond to solve any problem we had along the way. Always responsive and proactive, Ryan's ability to keep the project moving and on track was exemplary. The remodeling team did great work in my home. There was some water damage on the ceiling in my living room they were able to fix and made sure to match the paint and texture to the rest of the ceiling. They also converted my son s old room into a sewing room. The crew that was there everyday was very polite and always made sure to get my input on the design of the new room. The room came out so great, I love it!
