My experience with BMW service was top notch. The people who work with you are helpful and honest, going over the details of the work they completed. They even provide a nifty video of their work by the service technicians. I would expect nothing less from BMW.
I was a few minutes late to my appointment, but Brandon and the service technician made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Brandon explained to me what needed to be done to keep my car running in good shape. He also gave me an accurate quote of replacing my tires. I received a short video of what was being done to my vehicle, which was very informative. Thank you BMW Northwest for awesome service.
Our experience buying a new car and trading in two others with Kevin was nothing short of amazing. He was truly one of the best salesmen I ve ever worked with and he made the entire process so easy for us! He was timely, kind, accurate and incredibly helpful in every part of the transaction! We were coming from a fair distance away and he communicated so well with us and made it possible for us to get the car we wanted at a time that worked for us. First time at this dealership and their service department. Everything went smoothly. Service personnel were courteous and prompt. Overall, my experience was very positive. Highly recommended.
Very quick and easy! Was in and out, probably the shortest time I ve spent at a dealership.
Alan was great, made an impossible deal happen and loved that he advocated for the buyer. Was quite impressed with what he was able to pull off for me.
Only thing, which was minor, but still a bummer, was that they don t take credit cards. So no taking advantage of points, which can be beneficial, especially on such a big purchase. They ve had issues with fraud so it s understandable, but still wish there was a way they could work around that with customers with credible credit scores.
But overall would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

Had an amazing experience today. First time taking my car in since I bought it back in April. Had an oil change done and everyone there today treated me with so much respect and a big smile. My advisor Jeff was very helpful with the whole process and Made me feel comfortable taking my car in for the first time. Rich was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Rich informed me of new BMW maintenance issues that were not only applicable to my X3 but my 325I that I was unaware of. Waiting room is definitely top end and comfortable. Recommend this BMW Service department to anyone!!!
