Had an amazing experience today. First time taking my car in since I bought it back in April. Had an oil change done and everyone there today treated me with so much respect and a big smile. My advisor Jeff was very helpful with the whole process and Made me feel comfortable taking my car in for the first time. So glad I bought my car from this place and looking forward to many more visits like today. Thank you everyone at BMW Northwest.
