Very bad service at the second hand center!
Made an appointment to view a car. The car was not available on arrival at the agreed time. Other interested parties (who, according to the seller, spontaneously came to see shortly before our appointment), then did a test drive with the car. The seller added that the car was not sold with certainty. So if we had some patience and the interested ones didn't buy it, we could view it. If you work with agreements do you expect that the car you come for is (still) available ?! We were traveling 200 km (single). Very arrogant seller (Thomas), clearly only on sales percentages and not on customer service. It is best to call the seller to this end ...

What is positive is that it is a very nice garage.
But I would not buy a premium selection anymore. The car got a lot of things wrong and the problem was never solved, the contract agreement stated that second-hand winter tires would be delivered, but that could still be driven for a few years. When I wanted to place it in the tire center, it turned out that the supplied winter tires were no less than 13 years old and of a dubious profile while the car is 4 years old. The seller pretended to bleed his nose several times when I pointed it out to him and then wanted to put on new winter tires.

I had a bad experience, comparable to such a brand. I took the car for a test on the computer and I did not receive any diagnosis of the car although I paid a fairly large bill for what I was offered (nothing). it was said that I would have called, (no one called) after 3 days I was personally at the garage to pick up the car. Probably because I am Romanian ???

Everything was fine, nice coffee, friendly, what more do you need.

Have bought a 2nd hand BMW 1 with 2 year standard BMW warranty. Good value and good service. Great experience.

Perfect service. Enter the open gate, have the oil checked and topped up. In addition, the wiper fluid topped up.

No too friendly reception. Reception read my car key and said I needed new brake pads while I came for minor maintenance.
