Sale and delivery is poor unprofessional. Several colleagues complain about here (lease cars). The sellers have a 10:00 to 16:00 behavior and it is hard to get on the line. If you have them on the line, they often have outdated or incomplete information. The delivery of new cars is only a week between the hours. When delivering, sometimes the winter tires (in winter) or windshield fluid etc. are missing.

Difficult if you do work yourself. For service I have never been here and they will not see me.
