Just started using Bluegrass and I am really impressed with the Service I have had already. Amazing on boarding checks, and all my PCs and assets are now working well. They have always got my queries sorted and checked - Highly Recommend.
Blue Grass are absolutely amazing and I couldn't recommend them enough!. They are quick at getting back to you and often solve any problems right away over the phone.
I speak with a member of Blue grass staff at least every other week and whether it be for something simple, like a forgotten password or a more difficult tasks, they are always really friendly and quick to help. They often talk you through exactly what is they are doing and are extremely understanding, even if I have no idea what I'm trying to ask. Great bunch of professional people that really know their IT stuff.
