Wayne, Natalie and Kristie are THE team to have!!! I could not have asked for better. Wayne listened to our wishes for our new home and our preferred location; took the most important criteria and found us our dream home in a great school district (which was stressed as the most important; as well as beach location). If we had any questions or concerns we could contact them at anytime and always received timely responses. In addition, Wayne was always very patient with me as I did text a lot and ask a lot of questions. THIS team will always get referrals from my family and have my business. John Burgee is insulting and rude. He harrassed me and when I asked him to stop he told me to, "stay up north.". My money will stay with me too!

This agency was the listing agency for the home that we bought in Wilmington and we had a horrible experience with them during that process. The owners of the home we bought had kept birds, dogs and cats in the home, and the home was extremely dirty when we saw it. As a result, we requested that a professional cleaning be conducted in the home before we moved in with our one year old. This cleaning was specifically written into the contract.

The cleaning was to be conducted after the sellers moved out, the day before the walk through. After discovering that the electricity had been shut off two days before closing and one day before walk through, I became suspicious that the owners were not going to do the cleaning. Sure enough, on walk through day it was obvious that a cleaning had not been done. We found bird food in all of the cabinets, cat and dog hair on window sills and ceiling fans, and toothpaste in the sinks.

The listing agent clearly did not ensure that the contract was adhered to and when we brought the issue to her attention, she scheduled another cleaning for only one hour- not enough to clean even the upstairs.

A contract is a contract, and this agency did not ensure their clients kept their end of the deal when it came to a cleaning or keeping the power on through closing day. I would not trust them to do their job or to ensure that, as a buyer, your requests are considered and acted upon.

I give Jinjur Wilson my highest endorsement and strongest recommendation! She was amazingly helpful to me in selling my late father's house. As a person she was gracious, kind, thoughtful, and resourceful. As a realtor she was detail oriented, knowledgeable, communicative, efficient and professional. We had a very pleasant experience dealing the Joel from Blue Coast. We were buying a house in the Wilmington area from Pittsburgh. He was very accommodating and patient with us. He is very knowledgeable about different neighborhoods. Very nice experience dealing with him. I would recommend dealing with him and would again

It was not a good experience. By the time it was done, I withdrew my offer and was out of $150.00. First of all, the house was not finished when it was put on the market. The first inspection found problems with the electrical wiring, HVAC and a few other things. The seller said he would have everything done and would pay for a second inspection. They ordered a second inspection two weeks later and the work was still incomplete. So the inspector asked that they hire an electrician to check out the wiring and a HVAC repair person to check out the air/heat. They were to provide documentation before we did a third inspection. They sent three photos that was suppose to be a means of documentation. We pulled our offer and walked. We ended up getting stuck with the cost of the 2nd inspection. The agent was a wash. She was evasive, abrasive, untruthful, dull and provided the seller no real guidance. I honestly felt sorry for him.

I highly recommend Mary Kruszon to anyone looking for a home! She was very patient working with us since the day we started looking. Giving us some of the best advice since this was our first time buying in the area. She definitely goes above and beyond!
