Would NOT recommend this company. I bought a Sauna from them and it arrived broken. Have spent the last two months trying to get a refund. They offer a full no questions asked return policy. All a lie. They have ignored all my attempts to return a broken product. Buyer Beware

Do not buy these products. Customer service is nonexistant. No one ever answers the phone. I bought my pump through Home Depot, it only lasted 7 months. Unable to search parts online, or get a person to process the warranty. I suppose you get what you pay for... and this is garbage.

I bought a 24 foot above ground pool cover and aft...

I bought a 24 foot above ground pool cover and after I put the cover over the pool and the ran the cable trough it; I ran the ends of the cable rhrough the winch and started tightening the cable. After a couple of turns, the winch fall apart (so cheaply made see pictures). I tried contacting Blue Wave customer support, but their so poorly created web site had only support (no phone number). I entered my concerns and was given a case number. Nothing happened after that. After few days, I tried again to contact them and had to go through the same process of entering my concerns; and again was given a case number. After that nothing again. Finally, I went Amazon web site and found a phone number for Blue Wave. I called them and a rep. asked me for my case number then told me that she is going to look into it. I was on hold for well over 15 minutes. I had to hang up and call again. A different rep answered my call and was even more unprofessional than that first one i.e. talking over me and not even letting me explain what was going on. Finally, I got an email asking me to contact Amazon, get a proof of purchase and then they would look into my case. Literally 3 weeks and my pool is still without cover (tons of snow collected in there already) for a small piece of hardware that I still have not received. Shame on this company.

Terrible, terrible company to deal with. Ordered something 3 weeks ago, and it is still "pending." As with other people here, I tried to call, and no one picks up the phone. They don't respond. I am not buying anything else from this company-- they have lost my business!!!!

Three reasons to run away. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY . My pool track holder completely rusted out in the 2nd year. It cost me $500 to fix. Blue Wave would not even answer my warranty request to get new parts. 2ND REASON. 90% OF THEY TOME THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR RESPOND TO EMAILS. 3RD REASON ) When you need new parts they refer you to a distributor. Guess what the Distributor does not answer the phone or return call from messages you left.

I will not ever buy another product from them. 2500 dollar pool came with a torn liner.. couldn't get that warranted so I had to patch myself.. now the filter is destroyed.. 90 degree weather and my kids are cooking. Thanks blue wave products.. for not helping

There should be a NO STAR CHOICE! This place is horrible to deal with to say the very least when it comes to them honoring the warranty that comes with their products! If Blue Wave Products makes good on their warranty or contacts me, I'll update my post to reflect it. Thank you for reading and God Bless America. 2/1/2018, I've been contacted by Blue Wave Products and guess what, they claim its not their product so they will not honor their warranty! That's one of the main reasons I chose a Blue Wave Products Pool what a huge disappointment! What a waste of time and money! Their customer service is a complete joke! After they sell you their products they gotcha! I informed the big box home improvement store that I purchased my pool through and they aren't surprised at all! Their B- BBB rating is most certainly going to drop even more after my report of a lack of cooperation from Blue Wave Products of St. Charles Illinois. Caveat Emptor! I'm so happy to see that my review is getting noticed! Hit the "like" button if you don't being taken advantage of!

My husband and I purchased our pool in April of 2014 and installed it in June of 2014. We have taken excellent care of our pool over the past few years, but on July 4th of 2018 our pool wall collapsed pulling my husband and daughter out of it. My husband suffered from a head injury and scratches because as the water gushed it pushed him underneath our fence and into the neighbors yard, my daughter also sustained a few scratches and bruises. My heater and pump were violently ripped from our pull and shoved into our fence by the force of the water. We have contacted Blue Waves warranty, but are being informed they can only assist with a 65% discount on a new wall and rails. However, no one wants to help replace our liner, pump, heater and part of our deck that was damaged by their faulty equipment. The warranty company keeps saying it's not their equipment so they cant do anything. Well prior to the wall collapse I had a liner in good shape that wasn't torn to shreds, a pump that worked and a heater that turned on and now I dont. Not to mention, having to pay again to fill a new pool. My issue is no one from Blue Wave has responded to my email that was sent days ago ....your equipment failed us at least have the decency to respond and make it right. We did nothing wrong yet our hard earned money and investment into your pool and company literally has been destroyed. I just want answers and help in making my pool disaster a memory and want to have our equipment fixed and or replaced as a result of the faulty pool wall giving out. The warranty company is nothing but a joke to deal with.

I am not even sure this company is still in business. I have a pump and filter combo from them. Pump quit within a month and now the top of the filter is cracking and leaking. They won't answer emails or phone calls. I would not buy anything from them!!!!

Well, that's a lie because we've been trying to contact them for over a month. Either no one answers or they say someone from customer service will be in touch. Where to begin with this company. We purchased a infrared sauna that was through them. The Whole front door panel was cracked. Finally got that replaced after a process and begging. Put things together and when you turn lights on the blue tooth speakers create a loud humming noise Solution turn the lights off the control panel gets humidity in and starts to cover the control panel. Spoke to them 2 weeks ago and have followed up to no solutions. I was told it takes time. ? For what to make an issue right? I have spoken to multiple people there and seems like it is an inconvenience to even try to help. One of the worst customer experiences ever from a company. And they wonder why their ratings would be so low? They have earned it! Don t purchase through this company so many other options out there.

Ordered an Umbrella from them that was supposed to come with the base. I received the Umbrella, but never received the base. I tried calling and emailing them with no response back!! I loved the Umbrella and didn't want to return it, so I just bought another base! Now after only 3 months, the lights stopped working!! I've tried over and over to get in contact with this company, with zero luck!! My advice, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS!! A total waste of $1000. dollars!!

They advertise nice products but will send you parts and when you try to contact them, they don't answer! Worse company out there. Don't buy anything from them. I had the pleasure to talk with Sarah this morning. I ordered a 12 year winter cover for my pool and they accidently sent me a 8 year this is why only 4 stars instead of 5. Sarah immediately upon talking to me is sending me a 15 year cover. 5 stars for Sarah. We all make mistakes and for her to take care of this in less then 5 minutes is awesome.

Received 2 aqua cell foam saddles as gifts, Christmas of 2015. Used maybe 12 times, since then. One of them broke in half. When I called customer service, l was informed they have a 1 yr warranty, and since we were outside of that 1 yr, I would have to purchase another one, if I wanted to replace it. I explained they weren't used very much and would the company back their product and was there anything they would do. She told me again, we were outside the one yr window and this year was 2017!! Yes, she did say that! It was not only what was said , but how it was said.
I told her I knew what year it was! I let her know there were a lot of other products and competitors. And thanked her for her time.

Wish I read reviews before purchasing a filter pump for my pool.We have had it a little over a month and it just stopped working.As stated in other reviews no email responses and no phones are answered I legit just keep my phone on speaker praying for an answer.My chiweenie take daily swims and hasnt been able to dunk in the pool for a couple weeks now and has turned out violent and has nightmares of over heating in this hot summer weather we have been having..now my pool will turn green and we will have swamp people lurking in the back yard....in all seriousness this business blows and all products should be tossed and not be able to be sold to hard working people trying to cool off on days off.

The umbrella oscillates left and right as well as up and down in the most minimum wind causing a hazardous situation for anyone sitting or standing in the vicinity. I asked the company for a refund as I feel the product is dangerously designed. They refused. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone using this product as injury is inevitable.
